Undefeated, conference champs, no close regular season conference games and get destroyed with running clock at home now what does that tell you about the conference?

Actually the WOAC is better every year what makes you think the TRC is a good conference? They TRC and DPS are the two worse leagues around here and for this year the league champs in both leagues with identical 7-3 records both got running clocks put on them.
Could be the game to watch. Looks like both teams can put up numbers.
If you had asked me 2 weeks ago, I would have said WLS should control this game. But I agree, I think it should be a good one. I know they’ve done 7 on 7’s the last couple of seasons. Not sure the result this year.
Should be a big crowd with all of the Champaign county teams out and all but 1 Logan county team out. Hope to see y’all there.
Facts are stubborn things. When the fourth place TRC team knocks off the WOAC champ rather convincingly I have a difficult time factually saying the WOAC is better at the top this season.
Couple that with the reasons the WOAC schools wanted the larger and better schools out of their conference, and you have another fact that would point otherwise to WOAC superiority.
Lastly, look at how an unbiased computer ranked the teams as posted above. It is clear while the WOAC may have the best team, as an overall conference, the computer says the TRC is better.
Fact is neither are very good this year from top to bottom.
If Lehman goes down with a running clock, I will concede perhaps Ansonia had a bad game to start the season.

Ansonia played the worst first half I’ve EVER seen an Ansonia team play. Down 34-6 at the half. (Gave up all 34 points in the 2nd) they also fumbled 4 times that half. They then dialed in and put a freshman back there and ran out of time for a comeback. Props to Riverside they did their thing but Ansonia was also breaking in 9 new starters on offense and his since replaced 2 of those. Also replacing 9 defensive starters. 2 main stays on the Dline/Oline. Not making an excuse but they’ve certainly found their groove.
If they play again Riverside gets a running clock on them. Ansonia’s defense has been exceptional as of late.
A Town will also be defending their 22 game home winning streak.

WOAC fans on here are more excited about Football than TRC it seems.I think next year we need a WOAC/TRC thread, this is the most active this thing has been all year
I would agree. Think it has more to do with the communities. Northridge and Bethel won't give you much. Riverside seemed to disappear this year with a 4-7 record. And it seems that none of Miami County schools get Yappi. lol

It would be tough because the WOAC teams only have 1 OOC game and its week 1. I do believe TVS will be opening up with Bethel now the first game of the season for the next few years.
I never understood having 1 OOC game. If anything do what the MAC does and not play one conference opponent a year. Just seems you handcuff yourself with a finite amount of points with only one OOC game.

A buddy I work with does a lot with the Versailles boosters and he said Ansonia reached out to Versailles for a week 1 matchup after dropping Celina and were told they were going to go with Milton.

I would love this. Have a relegation as well, worst team gets relegated and bring up the next best.

Hear me out. One team from the WOAC comes to the TRC. One OOC game to start the season and the week 9 game is the last week of conference play. Then we settle who is the better conference in week 10 with 1vs1 2vs2 3vs3 etc.
