You just gotta ignore the beez Tucson. According to him he’s had far too many concussions.beezer, I know. I followed the game, and I literally said "Wapak was more explosive" in that post.

Unfortunately, Wilmington isn’t good. Not for this regions standards anywaysWe shall see. I see you threw Wilmington under the bus.
Batavia was on McNicks schedule I believe 2020/21 they were pretty bad at that time and cancelled. My memory is a little murky so Covid may have had a role as well.Off topic but I think Batavia needs to remove some teams from their schedule (Clermont Northeastern mostly) and play some tougher opponents. A Batavia-McNick series I think would be great for the Bulldogs and McNick would 100% play them too I feel like. Pretty sure they played goshen in a series a few years back.
If they do I agree. Batavia needs to get away from playing CNE. I’m surprised McNick doesn’t play more SBAAC schools. A series with CM would also be great for them. CM is no stranger to GCL-Coed schools. They could even get a series with WB/Wilmington. WB has an open week in week 2.Batavia was on McNicks schedule I believe 2020/21 they were pretty bad at that time and cancelled. My memory is a little murky so Covid may have had a role as well.
McNick always has difficulty filling 3 of 5 non league games. If Batavia remains competitive it’s a great idea.
They use to play New Richmond most every year. Played CM in the playoffs 2 of the last 3 seasons. Goshen was on the schedule recently. So it’s not unusual. If they do I agree. Is that the cause of your closeted Doug Frye love?Concussions sucks
GCL south, absolutely not. GCL Co-Ed is a different story I feel like.Batavia will never schedule a GCL school. Entire SBC is perfectly content.
They were pretty beat up missing two of their best offensive players. But I mean CM just absolutely laid into them and gave them an old fashion whooping. CM could’ve scored 20 more points if they wanted too, that game was not even close at all. Tough night for the Bulldogs. But still awesome to see them at 7-2. They should finish 8-2 and finish in the top 8! Their goal should be to get a playoff win, that would be huge for their program, but they aren’t going any further then round 2 this year.Batavia = Fraud
Yeah I wasn’t trying to say that if they were healthy they would’ve won, CM would’ve still beat them down.Batavia needs to schedule some better teams out of conference. They had some nice players but had no idea what hit them. They were missing one key player tonight. The rest didn’t know how to take a hit. No disrespect but it wouldn’t have mattered if they were fully healthy. QB had 54 yards when he has been over 300 every game this year. All in all, batavia has something to build on. I am glad they have had a good year and wish them luck.
Well it’s a product of the level of competition both of those teams are playing week in and week out, both Batavia and Miami Trace have two of the least hardest schedules in D3. Congrats to them on having good regular seasons but it just shows that they will not be able to compete in this region at all. Beating up terrible D3, D4 and D5 teams makes you a paper tiger. If either of those teams hope to compete in the region in the future, they need to be playing better competition in OOC. Being challenged during the regular season only helps you in the post season.Batavia laid an egg against CM, but I think the worst loss in the region this week goes to Miami Trace (6-3, currently #9).. they lost to a 1-7 Chillicothe team. Not a good look at all. That has to be one of the bigger upsets I’ve seen this year.
If McNick wins and Tipp beats Xenia as well, I’d guess your still taking McNick?I’ll wait til we have a Badin/ McNick result for the GCL Coed title this Friday to give my thoughts.
Honestly, this might be unpopular. But I think Tipp wins BIG over Xenia. Tipp just seems like the more complete team, and Xenia ever since that loss to little Miami in 2022 I have a hard time thinking they are legit. Tipp has had deep runs, and Xenia hasn’t.If McNick wins and Tipp beats Xenia as well, I’d guess your still taking McNick?
I’m not sure I’m taking McNick in any case. Now if they dominant Badin which is very unlikely that may sway me.I just don’t know much about Tipp, Waco, St Mary’s, London etc. So if I go with McNick it might be as a Homer. If McNick wins and Tipp beats Xenia as well, I’d guess your still taking McNick?

While playoff success is true, the only team Tipp lost to in the regular season the year they went to state was Xenia. Xenia presents a tough matchup for Tipp with how they want to run the ball and control possession. I hope they do, but I just don’t see a scenario where Tipp wins big. Unless Xenia makes some mistakes on special teams or uncharacteristicly turns the ball over.Honestly, this might be unpopular. But I think Tipp wins BIG over Xenia. I guess I shouldn’t say “big” but I can see Tipp Winning this game by 14-17 points. Then again, Xenia did beat them in their state year, so it’s hard to tellWhile playoff success is true, the only team Tipp lost to in the regular season the year they went to state was Xenia.
