I mean it would be more of a blow out. Lol.No reason to get fancy. Clean up a few mental mistakes & its a blow out. Mass has over 300 yards rushing i believe
3 easy Td's missed. Should I have been a big hole for Lake early. Probably one of the worst games we played all yearMassillon 35
Lake 6
FINAL ... this was much closer than the final score indicates. Lake just disintegrated after the half against a better opponent. Good luck to Massillon and Green next week, could be a good one.
If that was Nate Moore out there all the time like that there would be flags all over the field. They are jazzed up. Let em be lol.
“Resorting”? It was an opportune time for a kill shot. You could feel the game being on the verge of being over if Massillon capitalized. Instead they shot themselves in the foot with a PF—which just can’t be happening in these games.Resorting to onside kicks. Penalties undisciplined play by Tigers. This team does not win a state title. Too undisciplined.
No, it wasn’t. Lake had a good clock-eating series and a good scoring play on blown coverage. Otherwise, outmatched, and that was revealed as the game wore on. Massillon WRs left a lot of points on the field early.Massillon 35

This. Not their best game. Nice catch by Toles, though.Massillon WRs left a lot of points on the field early.
This is the funniest post all year.Massillon 35

Not allowed to ask on here. People will get angry.not having Pringle is very noticeable. Is he out the rest of the year? That will be really tough to overcome if so.
Seemed to me like Lake was holding onto Massillon players after the whistle in 2Q and 3Q, which in turn made it look unsportsmanlike when Tigers were clawing to get off the holds.Ok first off I came in from Kansas City for the Buckeyes game and I have ties to both of these schools for different reasons so it was a win win for me either way. With that said the TD Massillon scored at the end of the half was OB I was right in front of it, next at any level is it not a penalty when you pick a player up and throw him to the ground? There multiple times Lake players were on the ground after the play and no flags. Massillon would’ve won either way more than likely but they were not good in the first half and it was pretty evident in the 2nd half that the officiating leaned to one side so Lake quit. All that said with all of the games I’ve played and watched over the years this was the worst I’ve seen. No wonder the OHSAA is in bad shape. An embarrassment to say the least. That Lake program is always a class act and it’s a shame they had to lose that way. Ohio kids deserve better officiating than that.
Did lake even get flagged in the first half? Avon may have lost their QB tonight. You’re allowed to report on other teams. Not allowed to ask on here. People will get angry.
No one cares if you ask. The problem is if you answer. Not allowed to ask on here. People will get angry.
I can understand not giving up injury info. I just didn’t know if it was mentioned or not since he got hurt last week and I just never heard. Not allowed to ask on here. People will get angry.
There was one play in the 4th where 79 from Lake held 41 from Massillon twice on the same play. Egregious holds. Grabbed his jersey, yanked him back, he got loose. So he did it again. Then put him in a bear hug. Right in front of the ref. No call. Whatever.Seemed to me like Lake was holding onto Massillon players after the whistle in 2Q and 3Q, which in turn made it look unsportsmanlike when Tigers were clawing to get off the holds.

That ref only specialized in false starts, he was never given the green light to call holds. There was one play in the 3rd(?) where 79(?) from Lake held 41 from Massillon twice on the same play. Egregious holds. Grabbed his jersey, yanked him back, he got loose. So he did it again. Right in front of the ref. No call. Whatever.
To be fair, Zimmerman was twitching. He got called for it twice, IIRC.That ref only specialized in false starts, he was never given the green light to call holds.
