Extremely happy!!You guys are happy about both teams driving close to an hour? lol
This is absolutely true for all HS sports. But come on even the biggest twaps that visit these Massillon threads can agree that NW stadium was too small to accommodate everyone from both towns willing to go. Are you saying you think less than 3500 people will be willing to buy a ticket to this game?It was a sparse at best crowd last Friday. I get so tired of this bloviation and hyperbole, Massillon and everyone else aren't drawing what they once did.
If an hour gives a better venue? AbsolutelyYou guys are happy about both teams driving close to an hour? lol
I'm more concerned for Chris Easterling after he made it known Massillon sold only 1400 tickets to last week's game. ?????????You guys are happy about both teams driving close to an hour? lol

The independent would have a part-time sports writer if Massillon didn’t provide him content to write about
If an hour gives a better venue? Absolutely
Which venues are those? I don't think anyone here knows what sites are and aren't available. Do you?Me too. I mind an hour drive less than I mind getting there 2 hours early and/or being crammed on top of people. I honestly had not planned on being able to get tickets but now can definitely go, all 5 of us, plenty of room etc, so I'm good. Good chance there will be 9 of us too actually if my bro gets out early. All seated together. Should be fun.
Unfortunate that several better venues are simply not available. For whatever reason.
If that was the case the school admin should’ve called the community out and said we only sold 1400 last week and we cannot justify advocating for a bigger venue.I'm more concerned for Chris Easterling after he made it known Massillon sold only 1400 tickets to last week's game. ?????????
It always becomes some fishing story about attendance. This is absolutely true for all HS sports. Lake and Barberton were available apparentlyWhich venues are those? I don't think anyone here knows what sites are and aren't available. Do you?
Same scenario actually, I was worried about a ticket limit of 4. Now it looks like I’m getting 7-8 tickets for our group.Me too. That's my point. If there were better venues available that weren't selected (Lake, Barberton) how do we know what better venues weren't available? We don't know.Lake and Barberton were available apparently
Wanna bet $100? I Like the under, by a whole bunchGiven the outcry, I would think the crowd will be around 15k. Say 10k from Mass and 5 from Green.
Lake and Barberton were available apparently
I guess this is 1400 people on a 6k side, before the team came out too. ??
I thought there was no presale. Weren't all tickets purchased online? The 1,400 is probably a presale # that were sold out of Massillon's ticket office.
That photo looks like 2,000 at most. 1,400 Presale + Massillon walkup + area "casual" fans = 2000.

Exactly, it’s a terrible metric to go by because of a drop down menu.No tickets sold out of the ticket office
There was more that 1,400 sold.
Actually didn't seen anyplace to buy tickets.
Keep in mind if you don't pick Massillon Washington when you buy your tickets it will not show in the sales numbers.
Whoever told him that they sold that much was way off. The pictures don’t lie.I'm more concerned for Chris Easterling after he made it known Massillon sold only 1400 tickets to last week's game. ?????????
