Yes, facts that they lost to teams from Indiana. I don't care how good they are in Indiana, because it's freaking Indiana. You want to be elite? Don't lose to those teams.
The big schools in Indianapolis are probably top to bottom stronger than any Metro area in Ohio. They might not have the high level D1 talent but the depth at those schools is making them better overall. Not only is it demographic changes but also the simple fact that Indiana just has larger schools. When you have 1500 to 2000 boys to build from compared to 600 to 1200 its just natural to have more depth. There is also no top division catholic schools to compete with.

Ben Davis beat Moe and was also competitive with IMG. East Central has a special class that will win 4A with a running clock and would challenge every team in Ohio be favored in every game except maybe Eds or Massilon.

Because it's reciprocal. Those same Cincinnati schools go to Lakewood next year. If it's a one-off, the entire calculus changes.
Moeller goes up every year regardless, we play Iggy and Eds, and those rotate. This year we were up there for Eds, and Iggy was down here. We also rotate with MLK in Detroit.

One of these In. teams in question played a competitive game against IMG’s travel team…..I guess that is no validation to you though…

Not taking anything away from East Central but if Moe played them now it would be a different outcome.

It is because that was the result of injuries. But since the injured players returned they've won 7 of the last 8, including wins over a few top 10 ranked teams. Playoffs are the new season. They're 4-0 against some tough competition where every game was on the road.
No place to hide. Ground and pound then air it out. Take no prisoners. Revenge is sweet. No Mercy! GBM 💪 🏈

Teams can do so if they ask for permission.

A school which travels to a non-bordering location without approval from the Executive Director’s Office shall be subject to a fine and could be subject to additional penalties as referenced in Bylaw 11.
Doesn't say that the approved contest still gives Harbins... Glenville wouldn't have for IMG.

Kinda weird that piqua press box is playing Hell's Bells on 3rd down when Moeller is on defense.

Nothing when Springfield is on D in 3rd down.

Springfield implodes on that drive with multiple penalties and ended up losing yardage.

Moeller ball with 4:19 to go. Down 13-12 from their own 46.
