Yea, if there is anything that Moeller does have, it is great team speed.Hobbs, Rice, Robinson…….check their track speed…….i think they will be fine.

So where does st Ed’s rank in the elite conversation? They beat all of the out of state teams they faced but lost to an Ohio team? The crux of the argument is getting blown out by out of state teams does not make any team from Ohio elite.
Somewhere below Massillon. So where does st Ed’s rank in the elite conversation? They beat all of the out of state teams they faced but lost to an Ohio team?
yes I would consider them elite. The Ohio team they lost to was on the road, undefeated and beat a team from Georgia. So where does st Ed’s rank in the elite conversation? They beat all of the out of state teams they faced but lost to an Ohio team?
That was at the beginning of the season with new coaches. Not now. I think you saw how good Moeller's defense was and has improved this past week. What did East Central do to your defensive line again?
Consider the sourceYea, if there is anything that Moeller does have, it is great team speed.
Playing with themselves I'd guess...doesn't change the fact that I'm not rooting for Massillon...Who the bolts play this week?
It was a challenge, but somehow I managed to figure that out.You do realize Springfield would have to beat this Moeller team you're so in love with for Eds to face Springfield right?
Have the Centerville AD call the St Edward Athletic office to schedule a game so you can root against a parochial school. Call 216-221-3776 and ask for the athletic office.I'm rooting for anyone against the parochial schools. Go Springfield!
Still bitter from Centerville /Elder 1999?I'm rooting for anyone against the parochial schools. Go Springfield!
I think they are saying that their confidence level of a three-peat is very high if they play Springfield.I guess I'm kind of impressed that a SE poster is posting on this game here. Seems like he/she/they/them are very interested in the outcome of this game and are a little apprehensive about a SE repeat.![]()

Well slap my @$$ and call me Judy. Thanks for the confirmation.I think they are saying that their confidence level of a three-peat is very high if they play Springfield.
Good, but don't stop there. There's more work to do. More to figure out. You need to take things one step further now. Can you handle that??It was a challenge, but somehow I managed to figure that out.
Why would he be bitter?Still bitter from Centerville /Elder 1999?
Actually, that would be a great matchup...Have the Centerville AD call the St Edward Athletic office to schedule a game so you can root against a parochial school. Call 216-221-3776 and ask for the athletic office.
Also, go Bradley. It'd be so cool if both publics dumped the privates this Friday. Stranger things have happened, i.e., 1991 - Centerville over Elder, Talawanda over PrincetonI'm rooting for anyone against the parochial schools. Go Springfield!
Centerville led 42-28 with under 4 minutes to go and lost the game. I'd still be upset about it.Why would he be bitter?
Next step is trying to figure out how much time I commit to Ohio River Boy's posts after the game. It's a challenge.Good, but don't stop there. There's more work to do. More to figure out. You need to take things one step further now. Can you handle that??
Looks like the under just hit at 4
- Number of quote posts in a row in 10 minutes: Over/Under 4.5
Nuances like that are lost on the less informed.Centerville led 42-28 with under 4 minutes to go and lost the game. I'd still be upset about it.
No. That comes later...Next step is trying to figure out how much time I commit to Ohio River Boy's posts after the game. It's a challenge.
Zero. Unless the time spent laughing counts and/or the urge for justifiable mockery is too strong to ignore.Next step is trying to figure out how much time I commit to Ohio River Boy's posts after the game.
I know all about that. But the Elks have 1984 and 1991. If anyone should be bitter, it's Moeller for running out of time in 1984...Nuances like that are lost on the less informed.
Justifiable mockery coming from a Massillon fan?? That's pretty funnyZero. Unless the time spent laughing counts and/or the urge for justifiable mockery is too strong to ignore.
Moe lost three games in Indiana. Two of them are the best in the state in 6A and recently played each other in regionals. The other (EC) is going to walk through a state championship. Add a new head coach, new OC new DC new position coaches……one of the 6A teams we lost in overtime when going for a conversion in OT. These aren’t excuses, just facts.Just can't call Moeller or Springfield elite when they've been blown out by teams from Indiana (Moeller) and Dematha (Springfield). Just can't do it. Good teams in Ohio? Absolutely, but by no means are either team elite.
They also struggled against a subpar St Xavier teamMoe lost three games in Indiana. Two of them are the best in the state in 6A and recently played each other in regionals. They struggled against a subpar team (but won). Springfield lost to multiple subpar teams. Not sure how that's advantage: Springfield. They also struggled against a subpar St Xavier team
Oil is the Supreme Yapper. Until The Tiger’s run into Big Brother Hoban. They struggled against a subpar team (but won). Springfield lost to multiple subpar teams. Not sure how that's advantage: Springfield.
