No not really. The only game left in the regular season of significance that they COULD play which is a major IF they win out is Oregon.
Michigan sucks so beating them really doesn’t do anything at repairing Ryan Days image. I’ve said before that Ryan Day doesn’t have a Michigan problem. He has a problem beating top 5 teams of like talent which Michigan was the last 3 seasons but not this season.
A potential Oregon rematch is really all that matters at him saving some face.

Vandy who beat Alabama and Ky. back-to-back weeks struggles vs Ball St. winning 24 - 14. LSU who lost to USC is undefeated in the SEC. SEC is not as great as some posters (or ESPIN) make it out to be.

Ewers I think was more to do with with Texas oline getting whipped by UGA’s defensive front. Manning had the same issues when he was in there, which made it look like a really bad decision on Sark’s part to switch qb’s

Man, football in Texas is just something else. I’ve never seen such pageantry and pride in a team like DKR and Texas fans. I’ll have to go back next season as a Texas fan. By far the best experience and atmosphere of any stadium I’ve been to.
Fans were nice for the most part but like any fan base, ran into a few nut jobs. I thought the guy behind me would stroke out when the refs threw a flag on that INT.

Texas O-Line got exposed last night to put it mildly. I was also calling for Ewers to take a seat because I thought he was the issue. Alas they put in Manning and it was still the same outcome. The Dawgs were to fast and physical for the Horns. For some reason they can’t beat Alabama or they’d be going for a 4th straight title.
