Louisville's other high school team, St. Thomas Aquinas, is also in danger of going winless for the first time this season. The two schools should set up a game in Week 11 to ensure that one of the teams ends the season with a win.

A win by Hoover over Jackson in week 10 would win them an outright league title.
A win by Jackson over Hoover in week 10 would cause a three way tie for the league title between Jackson, Hoover, and McKinley.

Big game.

Hoover may be at the bottom of the league in 2022. Most of the offensive and defensive starters will graduate. Baum will have his work cut out for him in 2022. There is a good chance that the first-year QB (was the freshmen QB) will start next year and there will be many positions to fill. Let's hope the (offensive) coaching staff does a better player development job or Baum finds a different OC. Congrats to Green on an outstanding 2021 season.

Thanks Highshfan, Green will look to rebuild as well. Pretty sure everyone counted NC out after the QB went down and I was one of them. He was too gifted to easily replace. I truly think your defense as well as Woosters helped prepare Green as they were both really tough. Hopefully both teams have some surprises and are better than we hope.

But Highshfan at least we both have solid basketball teams to watch, should be a great year for both. It'd suck if all we could do is be armchair QB's and babble for the next 9 months.

Green is facing the same situation as your Vikings. Only 2 starters will return on offense and 2 on defense. I have no idea who the starting QB is going to be. There's just no way Green is going to be able to keep the 5 wide offense without Van Horn at QB and the 5 seniors on the O-line. Actually, every starting lineman on both sides of the ball needs to be replaced. Green had a small roster this year anyway with only 25 guys on the roster who aren't seniors. The secondary will still be very strong, but every other unit is a mystery. The Bulldogs could be looking at another 2018-2019 type season.

I expect Green to have their best season since the mid-2000s in 2021. Bulldogs have a very big, experienced senior class. Van Horn at QB and Martin at WR are the top returning players in the league at their positions, While 2020 didn't end the way I'd hoped, it was still Green's best season since 2013. Coach Geis has changed the culture of Green football, and big things are ahead for this group in 2021.

GREAT take (y)
