Tiger fans don’t like going anywhere really and why would we 🤷‍♂️
Not a lot of places as nice as PBTS in the HS football world and it’s HOME
So everywhere feels subpar kinda even when it isnt

As for the game break down. Pups unfortunately cannot get out of their own way. Many drives stalling due to pre snap penalties or botched snaps. After the first drive, Avons defense was the difference maker. Holding the Pups to 7 pts until under 2 mins left in the game.

Good luck finding a new week 2 opponent. 0-2 vs the Avon Eagles. Could’ve been a great week 2 matchup for many years….

I wish they would have renewed. The Avon kids got a thrill playing in Benson HOF and it would be nice to be playing there every other season. And it would be a highly competitive series. It looks like Coach Hall is building something good in Canton.

Plus, let’s go back. Fawcett stadium was there years before the Hall of Fame building. They asked to play on OUR FIELD. Let’s keep it real for history sake.

Owned by the hall of fame village that’s owned by the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company
Ccsd may be a part of it for all I know but not listed as far as I’ve seen

Yes and also I know the HOF wants McKinley gone and has for awhile but they can't do nothing without CCSD voting and agreeing to sell because they own the property as well

I googled it a few months ago because I was arguing it with my Mck buddy and it most Definitely said Benson is owned by CCSD

Here's Wiki. Says CCSD. If you Google it before you even finish typing and pressing the search button a picture of a bulldog pops up and says owner CCSD

This is why McKinley people think it’s ridiculous when people say we shouldn’t be playing in that stadium on that field. Our parents, grand parents, great grand parents played on that field across from 77. We don’t tell others not to play on their field. It’s crazy.

Even fawcett wasn’t bad
But being a Massillon alumni I’m going to say it leaks or drips for sure 🤣

I know, but others posters have said that McKinley should go build a stadium somewhere else in Canton and play there. While, the field house, swimming pool and school is still sitting out there. Stupid.

I agree... Fawcett opened 1938... HOF opened 1963... I still remember the HOF when it was just one big hole in the ground... Good luck to all, sam

According to online "technically" start county port authority owns Benson. It is leased out through stark county port authority. However the land it sits on is owned by CCSD. In all reality if you own a house but it sits on my land I own the house.

According to the Stark County Auditor office, Benson Stadium is owned by the Stark County Port Authority. There are additional entities in the HOF Village area that own parts of the project, City of Canton, Canton City School District, Private Companies, etc. That is my point. But, the stadium itself is owned by the Port Authority.
