I thought Hoover played well against GlenOak on Tues just wore down, not that much depth. Looked good again last night Against Lake. Hoover will get better as the year goes on. Not a lot of experience. Losing top two players, Harris to St V and Ashby concentrating on Baseball hurt them a lot.
IMO Bluey has done a Great job with the talent that he has. Got to give those kids credit for sticking with it. It will take a few year to get the program but back up. Kids just need to stick with it. Got to give credit to players who stick it out.

They're not bad defensively, the offense is their issue. They have a great big guy with Haynes, but the rest of the offense was sort of stagnant. In the Green game, the Dogs defense keyed on Haynes and when Perry used him on post-ups and isolation plays, the rest of the Panthers didn't move around that much. It seemed like they were just waiting for him to do something. It worked sometimes, he's a great player, but it was very predictable. A lot of turnovers as well for Perry. However, they do rebound well and play solid defense with out committing fouls. They really just need someone to step up as a second scorer. I think they will improve as the season goes on and win a few league games.
