In my opinion, Hillsdale will win region 25. I'm not sure if region 25 will play 27 in the semifinals, if so I think Hillsdale will meet the steamroller in the championship game. ML beat Coldwater 35-0 last night. Anyone know if the semifinal match ups by region have changed from last year?See previous post about Hillsdale and Norwayne. Hillsdale has had some really good teams over the years that could not get over the Norwayne hump. Add this one to the list….look for Hillsdale to have a really deep run in the playoffs though
The 50/50 winner at the ML/Coldwater game last night took home over $22,000. Ain't nobody touching ML this year. Might be their most dominating team in recent memory, and that's saying something. In my opinion, Hillsdale will win region 25. Not sure about the semifinal matchups, but I do think Falcons have a shot at final 4. R25 does not have anyone that can bring Dalton level firepower at them, let alone what the saw last night from Bobcats. The 50/50 winner at the ML/Coldwater game last night took home over $22,000. Norwayne is in a really tough bracket.Looks like 5 WCAL teams will be playing next week. Projected seeds are:
Norwayne 4 in R-18
Hillsdale 2 in R-25
Dalton 6 in R-21
Smithville 8 or 9 in R-21
Rittman 13 in R-21
Outside of the league, but in the area, Dr. Drew has 8th seed Triway favored over 9th seed Johnstown. Also13th seed West Holmes is favored over 4th seed Unioto. I spend way too much time on this stuff, but at my age a person has to dedicate their time to something.Smithville vs Labrae should be the only good game just by looking at the games.
Yep should be the best games in our local areaOutside of the league, but in the area, Dr. Drew has 8th seed Triway favored over 9th seed Johnstown. All of the West Holmes faithful will want to avoid hitchhikers on their way to Unioto. Specifically when they're passing the Ross Correctional Institute located less than a quarter mile to the NE. Do any of them have any eligibility left? We could use another speedy WR/DB to help make a playoff run.All of the West Holmes faithful will want to avoid hitchhikers on their way to Unioto. Last year #2 Unioto lost their first-round to #15 seed Urbana 56-21.Outside of the league, but in the area, Dr. Drew has 8th seed Triway favored over 9th seed Johnstown. I would be an outstanding WIDE receiver (significant emphasis on the WIDE part). I've been known to be speedy too . . . but that required wet grass, a downhill slope, too many beverages & gravityDo any of them have any eligibility left? We could use another speedy WR/DB to help make a playoff run.
Is there a better small school league (D5-D7) in northeast or southeast Ohio?Just saw this!MSML vs WCAL in back to back years?!?!?! That would be unreal for the WCAL.

Eek.I hope they pull it off but it sure has been a long time since they beat a team with a winning record (5 years).
Is Smithville healthy? If they are healthy I see them Shoit housing LeBraeI figure Norwayne, Dalton, and Hillsdale make it out of the first round easily. Rittman will probably lose big. Smithville could go either way. I hope they pull it off but it sure has been a long time since they beat a team with a winning record (5 years).
