WCAL Football 2024

I remember last year thinking that there is a prototype machine in Maria Stein that spits out 6’2” to 6’3” 175 to 215 pound guys. They all looked alike. Their roots must be from a different part of Germany than the folks in Wayne and Holmes counties with German roots.
Yeah, the someone could write their thesis in divinity school about the difference between the German Catholic vs German Protestant/Mennonites and use football as the backdrop.

So who is the front runner next year and beyond? Hillsdale brings back a lot. Dalton brings back the QB, Norwayne loses a lot, right?

On offense, in addition to the QB, Dalton will bring back 3 on the offensive line, a RB who went for more than 1,000 yards and a slot receiver. 4 starters will return on defense. JV went 6-2 with losses to Kirtland and Norwayne. They lose playmakers on offense, also they lose three good players in the secondary.

How did you know I was pronouncing it Ready :ROFLMAO: you southern folk don't know how to spell I guess... give us a prediction for the game since you know them more than us
They might be one of the more trench sound teams the Bulldogs play. I’ll set the line at Dalton -1. TBH, they’re hard to predict. They tend to lose more talent to surrounding schools than they actually gain.

Gotcha. I have never seen them, but looked at their schedule last year, and seeing they are D4 I expect a pretty tough out.
I also expect Dalton to be a little bit worse than they were this year. We shall see though.

Anyone know if Waynedale is getting turf installed? I drove by the school a couple of weeks ago and noticed that all the grass had been tore up.
