Horrible tragedy in KC with the parade, but we need to sit back and let the investigation play out. It's being reported that there was some kind of altercation and a lady told the shooter, "don't do it, not here, that's stupid". So it may not have been pre-planned, but a domestic situation and people carry guns, legally and illegally. None of the shooters were killed, so they'll have their day in court and we may find out the accounts of what happened. Needless to say this will likely end these kinds of celebrations because there is simply not a good way to control the crowd.
