This win likely not. Others yes. But, couldn't care less. Doesn't change the outcomes I watched years laterNo they won't.

They'll get a slap on the wrist at best. This win likely not. Others yes. But, couldn't care less. Doesn't change the outcomes I watched years later
The outcomes of Michigan’s wins at least the last two years are in question, since they violated NCAA rules by sending an agent to road games to steal the signals of upcoming opponents.Honesty...I always scoff at that penalty of taking wins away as a punishment. Outcome was on the fueld...everyone saw it...but it is what it is.
If was just the signs I agree. But it goes beyond, punishment will be harsh....or should be. It's NCAA, so anything, including giving them a trophy for money laundering, is also possible. They'll get a slap on the wrist at best.
Not debating that. The outcomes of Michigan’s wins at least the last two years are in question, since they violated NCAA rules by sending an agent to road games to steal the signals of upcoming opponents.
That is a fact.
Both, I think.Not debating that.
I just always laugh at punishments that take away wins after the fact. To me they seem pointless.
Now...does it just vacate wins or does it also add wins to the opponent?
Problem solved thenBoth, I think.
As it pertains to the NCAA if Michigan has to vacate it's wins it could be the first NCAA team to go 0-15. Ohio State would not get credited with additional wins however, Michigan would just have all their wins taken away and counted as losses. So the past 2 games, there would officially be no winner, only 2 losers. In high school when wins are vacted they are treated like forefeits. Not debating that.

It's called SARCASM.Google too hard for you?
I know. Watched the game. I was being facetious.30-24 Wolverines
He’s a genius!Problem solved then
Day may go from 1-3 to 3-1? Keep him!
Nah. You’d have to have possession when crossing the plane. He never had full possession and had the ball taken from him. It’s not why OSU lost, but it was a pick. Lol.And....
That was still a TD..
It was a TD all (ryan) day.And....
That was still a TD..
I was aware you were being facetious. I was commenting because I'll admit when I was wrong.I know. Watched the game. I was being facetious.
Absolutely. If it weren’t for the upcoming West Coast infusion into the Big Ten, my advice would be for Ohio State to leave the conference so they can put together a more comprehensive, challenging schedule like SEC teams, USC and Notre Dame play most years. It would much better prepare them for big games and expose them to the experience of playing non-Great Depression offenses. Ohio State should hope the West Coast teams can shore up the glaring, embarrassing deficiencies of the current Big Ten.Michigan WR Roman Wilson Calls Out Ohio State, Marvin Harrison Jr. in Press Conference: "You Want to Act Hard, But When We're Out There, They're Not Hard"

For the record Wilson is a little mouthy b$tch but they won and to the victors goes the spoils.
But he and Holtz are not wrong. OSU acts entitled. Lazy away from play. Dunk on the Toledo’s and Minnesota’s of the world but struggle when they get punched in the mouth. They reflect their coach. It will not change.
Those past wins should be forfeits so a win to the opponents. In this particular case, vacating them is dumb. Not debating that.

To me where universities/coaches get in trouble is when they lie or hide/coverup something … thus why LB coach was fired … if there is nothing else the NCAA finds about that kind of behavior … then a slap on the wrist … but if they find Michigan lied/covered up … the hammer comes down.If was just the signs I agree. That was really not my point.Absolutely. Props at @Spartacus1987 and his podcast. They stated that this was the last true TheGame that will be played. Going to a 12 team playoff and expanding the Big10 The Game will never have the same prominence as it had this past weekend. Never again will it be the all or nothing game.19.065 million watched Michigan defeat Ohio State, according to @SportsTVRatings on Twitter.

Ohio State and Michigan would be playing again this weekend if this were next year. With 12 teams in the playoff they could meet for a third time.
The last true TheGame and Michigan won it. Doubt they ever get 19 million viewers again for just the last game of the regular season. The only way for it to be TheGame is if Ohio State and Michigan end up playing as the final two teams for the National Championship.
Agreed. New Year's day bowl games use to be my favorite day of the year. Now the non-playoff bowl games are like watching exhibition football games.Greed and stupidity killing the traditions that made CFB what it was
Watching tOSU play Louisville in a bowl game is like watching the spring gameAgreed. New Year's day bowl games use to be my favorite day of the year. Now the non-playoff bowl games are like watching exhibition football games.
Trust me, OSU does not want Vrabel. The coaching would be worse under him than Ryan. Everything else you said I agree with
How about Wittingham from Utah? He has done quite well with less talent. Plus the last former Utah coach to coach at OSU didn't do too badI don't think Fickell just getting that job is an impediment to him theoretically becoming Ohio State's coach if they chose to fire Day in the next year or two.
The buyout of his contract with Wisconsin should he want to take another job is roughly equal to one year's salary, $8 million, on his deal. That number drops to about $5 million beginning in 2027. That's chump change if Ohio State wants to bring him home down the road.
Yes an exhibition. Does it really matter who wins or loses? By all means, have all the players leaving to go pro sit out the game. Give all the reps to the players we will have coming back in 2024. Use the practice game for their benefit.I'll take that 21'-22' Rose Bowl every day of the week if they don't get the CFP. I personally enjoy watching the young dudes get after it. Gimme Carnell Tate, Brandon Inniss, CJ Hicks, Caden Curry, Jelani Thurman, Kayden McDonald, Kenyatta Jackson Jr., etc.
