Poland is that good, I was impressed, somebody said they have close to 20 seniors on that team.

20 seniors versus a bunch of sophomores, it surely showed tonight in a big way. I just hope Hubbard's young talent can keep their heads on straight, that is for the coaches to accomplish.
How many sophomores does hubbard have playing on the field? You keep throwing around the word sophomores, so I’m just wondering how many sophomores they have playing. I thought they had a bunch of seniors upfront, but I could easily be mistaken.

It's his excuse as to why they aren't playing well. Talented sophmores can still win games if they have good coaching. Not too sure there is either at Hubbard at present.

For what it is worth my NE8 power rankings

1. SR - As my favorite wrestler growing up always said… to be the man you got to beat the man

2. Poland - Impressed with them this year.

3. Struthers- They had a horrible first half against Geneva. But, have been impressive since

4. Girard. - Love their passing attack. But, a notch below top 3 IMO.

5. Niles - I thought Lakeview would beat them last night. Sure wrong about that.

6. Lakeview- Until last nights disaster , I had been impressed with them

7. Hubbard- To me clearly the worst team in the league. A notch below the rest

I’m not trying to add salt to a wound, but fir Hubbard I feel like Hoffman isn’t helping those kids. He’s a better coach when he has better players then the other team that’s becoming more clear lately

Watching the Niles - Lakeview game last night the offense for the Dragons was good but their D was lights out last night. I don't think Lakeview had a 100 yards total offense.
Watched the 4th Q of the Struther -SR and that final drive by SR was crazy, to come back after Struthers had the big play to take the lead, they ran the same play over and over to win it. Great game.
Just glad the schools in Youngstown have YSN to catch all the action.

Ya Niles D looked good . Lakeviews too 1 dimensional on offense . You can get away with that out of conference but not in league play .They should know that by now .

I'd still be really suprised if any team goes 6-0. Struthers is really good. I'd have them as favorites to win the rest of their games as of now. That could change after I see Poland up close, but I think Struthers has a little more.

SR isn't good enough against the run or, really, the pass (lol) to finish 6-0. I still think they're going to be a problem in R17 for any team not named Perry, but Poland will be really tough and Girard will be really tough and Niles is probably going to close.

I could have not said that better myself !!! There are some pretty talented kids on the team, but you have to know how to use them to the best of their abilities. Fact is your only as good as your coaching staff allows you to be. And Hoffman is so predicable in his play calls.

I think that the Poland/SR game will tell us a lot about how the year might unfold. Whichever team wins will be in the driver's seat with a game up on everyone with 4 to go.

It'll be interesting to see what happens at Poland this week. Are the Bulldogs indeed back or have they played multiple teams with no pulse and one rebuilding unit (Canfield) that had a night full of errors. I don't look for SR to beat themselves so if the Dogs get them it'll be earned. Good luck to both and hope everybody gets out healthy.

I think it’s a little bit of both for the bulldogs, a lot better but schedule also weak. I expect a close game that can go either way

You are such a clown. They won in the last 20 seconds. You’re acting like they blew them out or something. Clearly you do not know ball. Stick to the moms club.
Real SR fans know they got away with one, but they did get the win so they get the credit from me, but that guy is about as clueless as it gets

How good is Poland? How bad is Hubbard? Lakeview not healthy? South Range...Niles... Struthers...Girard? So many questions still in this conference. Good! Gotta love it.
