Michigan 2025

Actually it's not hard to be a Michigan fan. Great University. Great academics. Great football tradition. Had their greatest football team of all time in 2023 including going 15-0, beating the suckeyes, winning the Big10, and winning the Natty. A very solid 2025 team that will be a major threat to win the Big10 and advance to the playoffs. Michigan will appeal the allegations, that will take time, by then the NCAA will bail because they do not want to go to war with Michigan, and the NCAA is on thin ice as it is. Things are FANTASTIC in Ann Arbor.
Everything I have read by national press doesn't support your statements. With the FBI having Michigan under a microscope, there is reason for worry. NCAA hasn't made a statement exonerating Michigan. The NCAA has the power to forfeit games. Even If Michigan is able to stonewall the NCAA for the entire season, it may be all for naught. I would be willing to see the links you are getting your information from.

Chris Ballas and Sam Webb. Bkmk1 is paying people to lie to him. It’s pretty funny, really.

I thought I read awhile back that either or both the NCAA and/or the Bowl committee has already said: Michigan will NOT be stripped of their Natty. I feel very confident that the 2023 (Team 144) Michigan will forever be 15-0, National Champions.

You’re misremembering, but that isn’t too surprising considering the delusional fantasy land you live in.

For all of the Wolverine fans and anti suckeye fans (and the country is FULL of them, that are wondering why Michigan's Natty trophy didn't break like the suckeyes did when Vance picked it up, I know the reason. Michigan's Natty trophy didn't have the weight of 2 losses on it like the suckeyes' did. Pseudo trophy.

Wow. Only April and you have the Buckeyes on your mind! How did OSU look in the spring game? Did you have good seats?

Are you going to base your expectations for the 2025 suckeyes on a spring game? That is a wow. And they aren't on my mind, it was all over the news. The entire nation saw it. And it was fitting and comical. Go Blue! 5 straight is coming in November.

And what is really hysterical, is until this year when they ridiculously expanded the playoffs to 12 teams, no 2 loss team has ever won it. There is a reason for that. No 2 loss team has ever made the playoffs. And there is a reason for that. 2 losses means you did not have a good enough season to get in. It is the most bogus pseudo natty ever. Go Blue!!

All that tells me is for all the years we went without a true expanded playoff, there was no way of knowing if the best teams played for the natty. A few critical injuries early in the year can derail a teams entire season in the past. Tough road games early in the season can come with a loss of two. What the 12 team playoff has proven who was truly the best team at the end of the season. 4 team playoff and Ohio State and Notre Dame are not in the playoffs. There is no doubt that Ohio State and Notre Dame were the two best teams. They proved that on the field.

Maybe Michigan will keep the Natty. The NCAA and the FBI doesn't have the authority to strip Michigan of the trophy.
Michigan will most likely end up with games being forfeited, face a bowl ban or two and loose scholarships. They will be on probation and the Natty will forever have an asterisk associated with it.

What expectations are you talking about?? I asked about the OSU spring game since its April and you have the current national champs on your mind.

12 teams and Michigan couldnt sniff a spot in the playoffs. Now thats sad. Maybe you should be an advocate of a 32 team playoff?

osu and ND were not the 2 best. Even after going with 12 teams. When you lose at home in the last game of the regular season and has a coach that is coaching for his life, and still lose as a 20+ point favorite, you are not playoff worthy. And a ND team that has a DL the is about 250 lobs across the front. And a horrendous lose to N. Illinois. osu and ND both had pathetic losses. They blow. And all the 12 team playoff did was prove that 12 was WAY too many. It was farce. SMU, Boise St. Indiana, a 3 loss Clemson, Penn St. etc... All garbage. None of them qualify for a 4 team playoff. NOT a chance. It proved for sure that 4 is the perfect number. Unless you want more games and more money. They need to think about letting 64 teams in. It was a disgrace and a black eye for the NCAA playoff committee.

I was just commenting on the news and video of the trophy breaking when Vance had it. It was all over the news and ESPN. As far as expectations, you were the one asking about how osu looked in the spring game. I have no idea when that clown show even is. I know when Michigan's spring game is. And I know what my expectations for this years team is. But for you to ask, you must have some expectations for the 2025 team. Hope that answers your question.

I will stick to 4. If you can't be in the top 4, you do not belong. Well Ohio HS is pretty close to just letting every team in. Maybe that is what the suckeyes want. They were glad it got expanded to 12, or they were out. That is the ONLY reason they got in. Not their season's body of work. They should look to push for 64 teams get in.

Based on the regular season and league championship games, which is what is used to pick the teams, 1 of the 2 best would be Oregon. (They beat osu. They WON the Big10). That is easy. The 2nd team would be close: either Georgia or Texas. They split the 2 games they played. And of course I already know your comeback. But osu beat Oregon and Texas in the playoffs. And I say without expansion they don't get the opportunity. Give any team a 2nd chance and it may go the other way. But they play the entire season to determine who gets in. Based on the season including conference title games, osu is OUT!! Since the regular season won't mean anything anymore. Let's just have the preseason poll determine the 12 best and let those 12 play a double elimination tournament. And forget the regular season. It means nothing.

So you are fine with Florida State claiming the 2024 title?

And why would a preseason poll mean anything? Oh, because that's the only chance Michigan has of making the playoffs.

And you have the right to call him Cryin Ryan?!?!? That's all you've been doing since THEE Ohio State Buckeyes historic title run. This one really hurts I can tell.

It doesn't hurt. It's a pseudo title. Lost to "THE" Michigan Wolverines again. That hurt all osu fans. Fans had cryin ryan fired and buried. Not good enough to even make the Big10 title game. 2 losses. I have always called him cryin ryan because that is all he does. But I did love his gameplan vs. Michigan. He's a real genius. LOL!!
