The future is Bright

Another "LONG" year! It will never be the same with these set of coaches as it was with Fleming.
They are too concerned with living in the past with their "brotherhood" tweets than interested in winning.
Only hope we can have is getting the Fleming boys back!

Lancers down by six at halftime at Walnut Hills, storm back to win by ten in their new black uniforms. What? La Salle's new color is now black.

Lancers will be a young team this year starting one senior ( Heffron) and 4 sophomores, but in usual Lancer fashion mix 8-9 in the rotation. They have a nice mix of talent and will greatly improve as the year goes on. They beat a young Bacon team last night 55 to 36 with an impressive 2nd half. Looking forward to seeing this team gel and gain confidence!

Nice to see Craig Conley Coaching at LaSalle. Good guy and was an outstanding Player! LaSalle will definitely take their lumps if starting 4 Sophomores. I’m not sure if any Fleming’s would Coach at LaSalle under this current AD or Administration. Great to see CJ Coaching the Freshman at Oak Hills. I’m also told he Teaching in the District.

I am a huge Pat Goedde fan and want him to succeed just as much as anyone. My biggest problem I see is him being able to hire competent assistants. This has been a problem since his first season. I hope bringing in Craig is the start of a change. Time will tell.

I found Craig Conley. He's tenth on my list of the all time career best single season scorers at La Salle.

Lancers with a tough week, losing 55 to 54 to Turpin with a missed shot at the buzzer to win and then losing 50 to 47 at home to Trotwood Madison with a missed 3 at the buzzer for a possible tie. In the Trotwood game the Lancers were cold with their outside shooting and their usual drives to the basket were altered or blocked by Trotwoods 6'8" sophomore center. The Lancers also failed to consistently convert opportunities from the free throw line. This young team will continue to improve and will learn to finish games as the year goes on. Good luck heading into league play. Go Lancers!

This week the 4-4 Lancers are on the road twice, Friday night at Elder (7-1) and Saturday at Wyoming (5-1)

They probably Lose Both those Games. Goedde last year? Who the LaSalle AD want to be the Coach? I hear his know it all arrogance is finally starting to get old over there at LaSalle!

Lasalle vs moeller at Bill Cady court last night, a young Lasalle team grew up against a talented moeller squad. Lasalle jumped out to an early lead and continue to apply pressure through the game. The crowd and student section got into the game from the opening tip as the young Lancers thrived on their home court! Moeller applied full court pressure from end of 3rd quarter and all the 4th quarter which the young
Lancers solved and broke the press scoring several clutch layups , and also turning the ball over a few times due to a press of several long lanky moeller players ( Moeller has several 6'4" to 6'9" players). The Lancers also made their free throws at the end to ice the game. Hopefully this team will continue to mature as the season progresses. Good luck Lancers and Crusaders.

Did the AD once date your wife or something? You seem to have a hard-on for him. What's the deal?

Congratulations LaSalle and this young team on GCL championship shared with Elder! This team is growing up and could be a fun next couple years. Go Lancers!
