New Centerville AD starting in January is Brandon Hon. He currently serves as the assistant athletic director and head track and field coach at Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati. He also coached at the University of Illinois, Texas A&M University, and Florida State University.
 
I'm interested in finding out who everyone thinks will be the new coach at the burg and Northmont, does the burg offer Muncy the job and does he take it?

Does anyone think DC at Centerville, Puckett, would want to try head coaching at either one of these schools? His time at Butler started well but ended bad. Centerville has had a good run since 2021 and his Def has kinda lead the team. Couple 10 win seasons, 2023 & 2024 GWOC Champs and may make the Semi-Finals this year.

Not Miamisburg. Muncy is their guy if he wants it. Burg hasn't even posted the job to outside candidates.
 
we best hire someone who know how to work wit the kids we got. our culture been so in the dump that it finna take a few year to figure it out. for my son senior year i jus hope he get a good experience n someone else teach him life skill that im teaching at home

What do you think the issues have been?
 
Following the game on X and seems like the Refs are getting in the way of a good game or the ELKS are self destructing during the last 4 minutes.
 
I thought Wayne gave up on the run to quick.

I hate the Wayne offense. No motion, no shifts, never a TE, very little creativity in the run game, no intermediate passing game, same snap counts every play.

Special teams at Wayne are pathetic.

Centerville is very well coached. Wayne is not.
 
Congrats to Centerville on winning the region. While at times neither team deserved to win this game the Elks were the better team. Best of luck next week.

If I had to come up with just one thing that was the difference maker in this game it was Special Teams. The ELKS dominated. They were able to field the Wayne punts while Wayne would let the ELk punts hit the ground and roll another 15 to 20 yardMukes s. With the ELKS pinned deep into Wayne territory with Wayne having the momentum the Elk punter drilled a 56 yard punt that totally changed field position. Wayne would shank a punt and then late in the game drop the snap fumbling the ball giving the Elks the ball on Wayne's 15 yard line where they would take the lead.

The defenses dominated and no team was going to drive the ball to score. We should of been heading into OT but crap happens sometimes and that is the way it goes. It was just meant to be for the ELKS, I mean that 3rd and long in the 2nd qtr where the pass gets tipped and ends up in the arms of the WR who goes the distance for a TD.....

I really hope that the play caller for Wayne did not call a backwards pass but instead it was just ran wrong as why in the rain with wind would one try such a risky play? 3 turnovers by Wayne, 2 which were unforced was too much for Wayne to over come. Centerville's defense came to play and no doubt the goal was to get to the QB. Oh well, I have taken enough of these adds on here and will be heading out..... I don't post on here too much any more because of these adds that jump around all over the screen.....

Anyhow..... Mukes should be gone and hopefully the new AD can bring someone in who can rebuild this program that has been destroyed over the last 5 years.

Do you have a coach in mind that the AD can hire for the maybe $10k coaching stipend plus some teacher position? I doubt he has $10 million+ to lure Marcus Freeman from Notre Dame.

The jumping ads on this site are annoying.
