Only because of the Swifties....
I tuned for the last couple of minues when the RedZone channel had to end coverage. If there is only 1 game left playing they have to sign offf so had to turn to CBS.

It would behoove him to be more selective when he runs like a RB but I concur....Don't overlook the Bills - if JA stays healthy and can avoid turnovers at critical times.
Absolutely wild CBS didn’t have a single Chiefs game last year.Only because of the Swifties....

It's all I watch and find viewing games the traditional way a bit boring....The Ref Zine was great to watch Sunday 1pm with 11 games going. It’s a stimulus overdose but I love it.
This. That and he trusts his feet more than his arm at end of games.Don't overlook the Bills - if JA stays healthy and can avoid turnovers at critical times.
Not sure if I was seeing things but I swear we made halftime adjustments? That D is just plain old nasty. Let’s hope they stay healthy.Chargers had -5 yards of offense in the second half v. the Steelers. Steelers haven’t allowed a second half TD in 3 games.
So what is pass interference? One has to wonder who is behind these crappy NFL officiating calls and who is deciding who should win and who should lose? I know the Bengal player hit the receiver a little early but he was obviously going for the ball. The KC player is not even looking for the ball and actually TACKLING the receiver before the ball gets there. Can anyone logically explain why the KC player was not flagged for pass interference?

The explanation is very simple.Can anyone logically explain why the KC player was not flagged for pass interference?

Exactly close games at end of games esp., the NFL has it favorite teams. End of ravens - cowboys game zebras tried their best to get the cowboys back in the game almost worked.
The explanation is very simple.
It was a blown call in real time. It will result in a downgrade for that official and crew.
Never inferred it was a bang bang call..... Just a blown call.
not "bang-bang", just banged, repeatedly
No one is looking at the ball but the receiver and the officials, apparently. What a clown show....
Did not intend to insinuate that you had, just anticipating the disciplinary process.Never inferred it was a bang bang call..... Just a blown call.
It's not just NFL Gambling. With legalized gambling spreading into sports arenas and stadiums there will always be suspicion now when there are missed calls like in the KC Atlanta game. Sure Atlanta still had a chance but who is to say for sure. I predict in college or pro there will be another incident that will make the 1919 World Series look like child's play.Did not intend to insinuate that you had, just anticipating the disciplinary process.
Ever since the NFL decided to participate in NFL gambling, they've probably begun to further grease their own slide into Vince McMahon territory.
That works. We see this every year almost on a weekly basis.The explanation is very simple.

They're human. just like the players.That works. We see this every year almost on a weekly basis.

What a bunch of B.S. Playing football is much harder than officiating, very few Americans can play NFL football many could officiate, know the rules and be in position to make a call. NFL games are usually decided by a TD or less, that call last night may keep the Falcons out of the playoffs or give the NFL darlings the chiefs homefield advantage throughout the playoffs it is a big deal, a really big deal. So, it behooves the NFL to get the calls right. That was such a boneheaded miscall that A. The zebra is incompetent to do his job correctly or B. Something else. If it is A he should not be a zebra, not at the NFL level anyways. Lot of Americans are very passionate about football plus there is the betting so no mistakes like that "no call" should not happen and they happen too often.They're human. just like the players.
Mistakes are made every game by all parties involved.
I think you're next group of scandals will be at the college level with the athletes. With NIL and the transfer portal, schools are buying players, players have more money in their pockets than ever. The risk of the youth thinking they can get away with it along with having money to bet will bring about shady deals, point shaving and other gambling issues. I said it when it was ok'd, NIL will be bad for college sports ultimatley.I completely disagree with this. The NFL has had missed/blown calls long before the embrace of gambling and long before the adaption on replay. Officiating is flawed because it is done by humans. As long as humans are doing the officiating it wall always have a human element: people miss things & make mistakes. To say the NFL is sliding into Vince McMahon territory - not even close.
In order for gambling to work & make $$$ for the NFL there must be confidence by the bettor that the event (the game) is fair/legit. Will there be scandals? Absolutely. History says there has, is and will be scandals. Some scandals in sports:
* 1919 Chicago Whitesox
* 1960’s Green Bay Paul Horning
* 1980’s college basketball Boston College
* 1980’s Art Schlister & Pete Rose
* 2006 NBA official
* 2022 Tennis had two players ranked 600-ish and 950-ish banned a year and for life
* Europe soccer has had scandals.
* Horse racing always has scandal.
There will be more, they will be dealt with and gambling & the NFL will continue on.

Not all just obvious PIs like that one. That miscall could have been corrected in less than a min.Pass interference should be reviewable again.
