K lost a lot on D from last season, and it is showing. But this is a team that beat Perry the defending D5 champion and who had a good season this year. The o-line for K was not as advertised.

Kirtland is obviously a storied program but this team looks stiff and not athletic enough outside of maybe the QB. Maybe it's just a bad day for them I don't know. If feels like there is no speed anywhere outside of the QB.

Kirtland hammered a MAC team in the finals literally last season. They'll learn from this, work harder, and be fine.

I'm viewing it a bit differently. This talent is not that far apart. Also, the run game has began to assert itself. Too many costly issues to overcome, but Kirtland is not Hillsdale seen yesterday.
