I'm predicting Edison v Eastwood and Liberty Center v Oak Harbor for the semifinals w/ Edison v LC for the finals. My round 1 upset pick is Genoa over Keystone.
This is a great region:

Round 1 Matchups:
Northridge @ Edison
Johnstown @Triway
Delta @ Norwayne
Archbold @ Eastwood
Utica @ Liberty Center
Fairview @ Liberty Benton
Fredericktown @ Oak Harbor
Genoa @ Keystone
 
 
Delta and Norwayne rematch has some history. Vicars led Swanton against Norwayne back in 2016 in a regional semifinal game. Norwayne won 28-21.
 
Anyone real thoughts on this region? OH and LC should be a good game with the winner playing Edison. I think LC has can knock off Edison, not sure if OH has the fire power.

I expect to see a lot of upsets. It’s quite rude to make the claim that these aren’t real thoughts.
 
I don’t know anything about Keystone so I looked them up on Eitel. They have only beat two teams with a winning record in last two years so I wager it would be an upset to get that far. Of course, I don’t know anything about the teams they play either so it could have been murderers row.

I think both have a chance to knock them off. The top 5 in this region are all solid and I think any of the top 3 could realistically win it on any given day. Although, Delta v Norwayne could be a good first round match up.
 
I personally believe that Edison could run it to some real trouble against Fredericktown in the first round. Edison has been struggling all year offensively. Fredericktown has the ability to stop their ability to score with their superior defence.

The Freddies will be in Oak Harbor this week and then home the following week. Edison is playing Northridge this week. I am going with Edison after they blanked them 36-0 earlier this year. I enjoy your comedy though.

I misread the bracket! Still Fredericktown has a strong chance against whatever team they will play.

Lol, I know you have an obsession with our CB numbers, but what is far and wide to you? I can only think of maybe one player who doesn’t live within 5 miles of the school 😆 our boys are homegrown
 
Liberty, Edison, and Oak Harbor will all have running clocks.

Eastwood/Archbold will be closer than the experts think. Archbold has been battle tested and typically plays well in the postseason.

Genoa will beat Keystone by 2 plus scores.
