Nope. I said two different people made bad decisions. I never suggested things were equivalent.False equivalence...

Just because you don't understand does not make it absurd. Was just thinking how allowing someone a walkthrough is embarrassing the school and community. That is absurd.
For presumablyI don't know... Inane, delusional, Just plain idiotic.
That doesn’t answer my question. There are people in Bellevue that don't like what their coach and high school did.
Correct. What makes it absurd is adults behaving like vindictive children.Just because you don't understand does not make it absurd.
It should be embarrassing for every person in the Perkins district. Should not be for Bellevue. That is the false equivalence. By the way you said people made decisions that embarrassed each district.Just because you don't understand does not make it absurd.
I understand it completely; however the difference is that I am an adult and understand that I should be trying to build better young men. If you can look at that situation and think that makes your team better then I feel sorry for all involved.Just because you don't understand does not make it absurd.
Again, from strictly a football perspective, Bellevue and Perkins ARE non-league opponents and have been for their entire history with the exception of 2017-22. A walkthrough also has nothing to do with an actual game plan, unless you're suggesting or can prove Bellevue handed over their game film from Perkins, which I doubt Glenville even needed ... this was hardly helping. You can take issue with the overall optics of hospitality, I suppose, but "helping" is such a reach here.I'm always going to support other coaches in my league in the post season. I am never going to help a non-league opponent make my league look bad.
Port Clinton is an SBC member. Toledo schools and Maumee are not.
Yes.I would like to ask a question....have not been able to find when did Glenville do the walkthru? Early afternoon day of the game with Perkins?
Yes.Bellevue made a decision that embarrassed their school and community?
Neither. Is this satire or unintentional comedy?
You're probably right, but for sake of argument - if you take "football coach" out and said a teacher on a school field trip diverted buses for a personal reason do you think that would be better or worse? For the record, I think what the Perkins coach did was really dumb but not dumb enough to lose his job.
Ok, Coach. I hope you guys make a run next season.Yes.
Neither.
But it isn't.It should be embarrassing for every person in the Perkins district. Should not be for Bellevue. That is the false equivalence.
Yes, I did, and that happened.By the way you said people made decisions that embarrassed each district.
I believe "delusional" is the word I've been looking for...Yes.
Neither.
What guys? You mean Perkins? I am not now, nor have I ever been associated with Perkins, or Bellevue for that matter.Ok, Coach. I hope you guys make a run next season.
Nailed it.I believe "delusional" is the word I've been looking for...
thanksYes.
They are both in the Sandusky Bay Conference. At one time neither was, but they both are now.Again, from strictly a football perspective, Bellevue and Perkins ARE non-league opponents
It seems really odd that Glenville took the time to do something that did not help them. Maybe that is why they lost, wasting time and energy, or maybe you don't know what you are talking about.A walkthrough also has nothing to do with an actual game plan, unless you're suggesting or can prove Bellevue handed over their game film from Perkins, which I doubt Glenville even needed ... this was hardly helping. Actually, I would be disappointed if they didn't.Also, ask around how many other coaches in the league supported Perkins in the postseason. I think you'd be surprised ...

What I would like to know is, did Glenville call and asked Bellevue for a favor, or did Bellevue call Glenville and make an offer?I would like to ask a question....have not been able to find when did Glenville do the walkthru? Early afternoon day of the game with Perkins?
Let’s talk 2025. Glenville brings back a lot and we can only assume we’ll play the best QB all game in the playoffs next season. What I would like to know is, did Glenville call and asked Bellevue for a favor, or did Bellevue call Glenville and make an offer?
Lmao I knew this was your real motivation with saying what you been saying. Just say it with your chest next time. And are you seriously ignorant to the concept of a walk thru?It seems really odd that Glenville took the time to do something that did not help them. Maybe that is why they lost, wasting time and energy, or maybe you don't know what you are talking about.
And guess who is? Clyde and they obviously didn't offer an extending hand either. I'm sensing a patternAgain, from strictly a football perspective, Bellevue and Perkins ARE non-league opponents and have been for their entire history with the exception of 2017-22. WTF are you talking about?Lmao I knew this was your real motivation with saying what you been saying. Just say it with your chest next time.
Clyde supported Perkins and didn't help them, other than host the playoff game? What are you trying to say?And guess who is? Clyde and they obviously didn't offer an extending hand either. I'm sensing a pattern
Ask your alma mater what Perkins did to their locker room after the game against Glenville... I just heard about this today and I am from Perkins, but if true, it's embarrassing for us yet again.Clyde supported Perkins and didn't help them, other than host the playoff game? What are you trying to say?
It appears Glenville reached out. What I would like to know is, did Glenville call and asked Bellevue for a favor, or did Bellevue call Glenville and make an offer?
He's not a coach, but a Clyde alumni I think.Ok, Coach. I hope you guys make a run next season.
I'm not sure why Bellevue people are embarrassed Glenville held a walk through. But it isn't.
Yes, I did, and that happened.
What is there to be upset about? This seems so trivial.I'm not sure why Bellevue people are embarrassed Glenville held a walk through.
I'm probably in the silent majority of Perkins people who weren't upset by it.
