I'm always going to support other coaches in my league in the post season. I am never going to help a non-league opponent make my league look bad.

Port Clinton is an SBC member. Toledo schools and Maumee are not.
Again, from strictly a football perspective, Bellevue and Perkins ARE non-league opponents and have been for their entire history with the exception of 2017-22. A walkthrough also has nothing to do with an actual game plan, unless you're suggesting or can prove Bellevue handed over their game film from Perkins, which I doubt Glenville even needed ... this was hardly helping. You can take issue with the overall optics of hospitality, I suppose, but "helping" is such a reach here.

Also, ask around how many other coaches in the league supported Perkins in the postseason. I think you'd be surprised ...

I would like to ask a question....have not been able to find when did Glenville do the walkthru? Early afternoon day of the game with Perkins?

For the record, I think what the Perkins coach did was really dumb but not dumb enough to lose his job.
You're probably right, but for sake of argument - if you take "football coach" out and said a teacher on a school field trip diverted buses for a personal reason do you think that would be better or worse?

I think this will get a "pass" from the football families because they're still on the emotional high of a FANTASTIC season, but if I'm non-football parent in the district . . . you're kinda wondering "who are the adults in the room?"

They are both in the Sandusky Bay Conference. At one time neither was, but they both are now.

It seems really odd that Glenville took the time to do something that did not help them. Maybe that is why they lost, wasting time and energy, or maybe you don't know what you are talking about.

Actually, I would be disappointed if they didn't.

What I would like to know is, did Glenville call and asked Bellevue for a favor, or did Bellevue call Glenville and make an offer?

Lmao I knew this was your real motivation with saying what you been saying. Just say it with your chest next time. And are you seriously ignorant to the concept of a walk thru?

And guess who is? Clyde and they obviously didn't offer an extending hand either. I'm sensing a pattern
