Let me provide analysis you won’t get anywhere elseThrows 6 TDs. Ha
Cmon man, he's been the best QB in the city this season by far.Let me provide analysis you won’t get anywhere else
Mighty Moe’s top 4 receivers are 6’5”, 6’3”, 6’3” and 6’3” so said QB didn’t have to be that accurate
55% of the receiving yards were after the catch (179 of 321) - X man to man coverage by corners 6 foot and under who employed the arm tackling technique
Only 2 of the 25 throws in the game were college level, both in the 1st quarter, a 28 yard gain and a 19 yard TD
On 5 of the 6 TDs he threw the ball a total of 36 yards. the 6th was a 52 yard TD pass on broken coverage that was severely under thrown
When things got tight in the second half the kid disappeared (5 for 10 and on the 5 completions he threw the ball a total of 6 yards)
I really want the kid to be the messiah that birdog and company are so desperate for - a legit QB that they haven’t had since Gus Ragland
And they’re hoping this kid can do what Ragland did over 10 years ago…..lead Big Moe to an elusive state championship with a below average defense.
Not sure what game you were watching, but then again St. X guys tend to skew the stats to fit their narrative. He threaded some serious needles and timed routes beautifully- not to mention dodging some defenders while doing so. Matt is an impressive player (and young man) no matter how badly you want to minimize his talents.Let me provide analysis you won’t get anywhere else

Reload and I were in the same math classes throughout school so I can tell you all that 5/10 is 83%. Absolutely incredible! When things got tight in the second half the kid disappeared (5 for 10 and on the 5 completions he threw the ball a total of 6 yards)
He is speaking of ReJect just to set the record straight. You look more ignorant with every post you make. Do yourself a favor and stop. You have already publicly displayed that you know very little about football and that you couldn't handle the fifth grade math curriculum at All Saints.
I can’t imagine how badly that donkey hates Matt now. First he absolutely shreds his beloved bombers. Then that led to one of the most epic idiotic meltdowns I have ever seen. I actually hope the guy is doing ok.He is speaking of ReJect just to set the record straight.GBM

And yet he’s the all time leading QB at Moe and only half way through his junior year. Huh. Who new he was so luckyLet me provide analysis you won’t get anywhere else

He’s really good. I have no idea what ReLoad is talking about. Best passing QB that I’ve seen in the Cincinnati area at least since Gino Guidugli, and he’s probably better. Yes, better than Ragland (better arm, better athlete), Ramsay (way more accurate, similar athlete), and even better than Clifford (way more accurate, similar arm, close in athletic ability). Not sure what game you were watching, but then again St. X guys tend to skew the stats to fit their narrative. Gordy tore his ACL. He’ll be lucky to be ready to go for fall camp at Notre Dame next year.Made the post before Gordy's injury
Hopefully Gordy's back for week 13 rematch.
I'll take X's last 4 QBs (McCaughey, Clifford, Wolf and Rueve) over him
Lots of key players missing from Princeton’s box score. Hopefully, some Princeton posters can shed some light on this.Thread is open for apologies from Princeton homers and their defenders who foolishly called me names (again). The Dude understands bad coaching, not sure why yaw can't.
Here's an evergreen tweet readers can cut/paste for a given season, going all the way back to Parkers final few years at WW
1) Months worth of off-season homer posts clogging up the board in multiple threads about how great the team roster is and all the D1 college offers
2) The Dude points out that good players with bad coaching will chronically underperform in key games, and sometimes even lose games they shouldn't, while never winning a game that on paper they shouldn't
3) Homers call The Dude a clown, sympathizers pile on
4) The Dude is ultimately proven right and everyone feels dumb
Thanks again for coming out for another year's worth of entertainment.

I don't recall anyone calling you "names" as you say, just the general consensus is that it is a little odd, creepy, awkward, obsessive that you CONSTANTLY pile on a coach and his program. I mean, it's high school football and kids. Funny you said the West victory was meaningless, but you post how this loss was a "key game"...totally shows your hypocrisy.Thread is open for apologies from Princeton homers and their defenders who foolishly called me names (again). No doubt it - the performance at Hamilton was putrid, but I would argue this is the first game since Parker took over where they lost and shouldn't have. Would also argue they, on paper, should not have beaten Lakota West the last two regular season games.2) The Dude points out that good players with bad coaching will chronically underperform in key games, and sometimes even lose games they shouldn't, while never winning a game that on paper they shouldn't

Sounds like you have a crush on Reload. Four posts on this page all about Reload. Did he turn you down?I can’t imagine how badly that donkey hates Matt now. Lakota East squeaks out the win, 36-31. Colerain might have a shot against Mason next week with how well they played in this one.Colerain with a chance to warp the entire bottom of Region 4 if they can pull off this upset over Lakota East.
Greg Frey at OSU. That one’s been a while. The Big 10 is a pretty tough place to land the #1 starting QB job with likely 4 stars coming in every year. It doesn't mean he wasn't good, but outside of Clifford, what other GCL QB led a power conference team at QB? It just doesn't happen often.
Moe is going to own the GCL for the foreseeable future. They are stacked at every level and are simply killing it with culture and development. They are going to continue their dominance for the next 3-4 years. They have the best incoming talent, and they have the best developmental philosophy.
St X will be solid but don't have the depth of talent. Elder doesn't even come close to having the same talent level. They have to do something different, or continue to move down divisions. Moe was better at every position. Every one.
Elder plays Riverdale Baptist next week. RB literally has one of the best talent rosters in the country. Why are they doing this to themselves if they refuse to expand outside of the Catholic feeder system?
