Looking for the best "position" player on each Ohio lacrosse team. Please include only one player on each team for each position: Attack, Midfield, LSM, FOGO, Defense, and Goalie. Provide supporting information if available.

west and fenwick

for west i would say

Attack: noonan (the older one)
Middie: lucking
Defense:Hunter

and for fenwick
Attack:Hellermann
Middie: Bustle is a good shooter, streaker, and outside middie even though he doesn't get help from his center mid
defense:Cumberledge he's a big boy and loves to hit and gets quicker every day

yea you all are for getting about tommy o'brian, Tom is a beast,
obrian, bowman, whitman, keriakies, johnson, and cusino are all up there as the top middies in cincy

Jason Keck is one of the most talented lacrosse players I have seen come out of cincinnati. He would be a starter and a huge contributor to any Division 1 team in cincy. With a great supporting cast who knows how good he could be.

IH-
Attack- Johnson
middy- D. Johnson, Kereiakes, Cousino - best line in the city
defense- aguirre
goalie- hopewell - best in the city

These three didnt play on the same line last year and i think it would be foolish to put them on the same line this year. They need to be spread out. IH doesnt have the depth where they can but their best three guys ont he first line and have a 2nd line thats a threat as well.

Seven Hills will win state for D3 this year:

Attack: Griffin
Mid: Mcnamara
Defense: Cottrell
Goal: Woodworth

D3 Championship

I agree that CCD and Summit are strong but Summit lost there entire defense including goalie and there current goalie is terrible. So basically all they have is Jason Keck.
CCD still have a strong team but there Attack is strongly weakened with the the loss of their senior captain Ty Zimmerman-but they still have a good goalie. Last years game between 7hills and CCD was a good game but CCD won 6 to 4 going on to State. So it will be a very interesting division will all the changes.

How about Central Ohio teams, I know this is a Cincinnati area site but I thought someone might be interested in Central Ohio since the question was best in Ohio

Attack Dublin Jerome Brady Burton
LSM/Defense Dublin Scioto Tyler Hlawati, All State, All Midwest as Junior
Attack Dublin Scioto Brian Patridge, All midwest as Junior
Middie Thomas Worthington Rob Shrader
Middie Worthington Kilborne Colin Igoe

Anderson returns 9/10 starters:
Goal - Worth
Defense - Cook and Clark are both 6'2'' 220ish with good sticks
Attack - Basch and Noel (both avg. 5+ppg last year)
Midfield - Snowhite and Wiess

the orangemen have a game scheduled with every big cincy team except moe. as of now.... it should be a good year.

best d poles in city- krehnbrink and aguirre

most underrated attack- chad carroll- has really improved has great shot and great vision and is only a junior

Best on their respective teams yes. Best in the city, Franco is up there. No offense to Lew but he isn't. The best d-poles in the city are probably Franco, Mitch, Shane and maybe Rudy.

Absolutely no doubt that he is awesome. I had to guard him freshman year, not knowing who he was, he would just shoot right over my head.

Interesting thread. Somebody has to go first. For Saint X:
Attack - Long
Mid - Craig
Defense - Krehnbrink
What's scary is that Freddie Craig is only a sophomore... started at linebacker on the state champ football team, too.

How bout North Canton Hoover. I dont know most names but i know they have a lot of talent.

Attack-Tim Gates

Mid.- Mark Lepkowski

hey watch out... guys JC Casper... Lakota West standout football safety and point guard... joined the lacrosse team to piss every offensive player off in all of Ohio Lacrosse... you wont score a goal against this kid nor get past him...

If this kid just joined the team then obviously his stick skills will not be that great. Being big or strong doesnt mean anything without stick skills. To say the no one will get past him or score a goal is just funny...
