2024 State Tournament Updates

Extended highlights from the Division IV state championship game between Berlin Hiland and Fort Recovery at the link below. In my opinion, this was one of the best games of the day.

It is not luck that they are good or a few talented classes. They work at all year long. And I am not being critical of your comment. I am just making a point that consistent success is a product of planned program management

I hate that Badin lost the way they did but whoever was pitching the last inning isn’t the only reason they lost. 0 for 8 with runners in scoring position and the coaches decision to remove the starting pitcher played huge roles. The coaching staff at Badin does a lot of great things for the program but they get a little tight in championship games obviously.

0 for 8 is as big a reason if not the biggest reason. This is a classic case of a championship being won by winning one game and we all know baseball can be a weird, funny game. Congrats to the Rams for representing once again.
