Drew Pasteur says 90% chance of playing Holy NameTo answer more clearly who we will play in the first round (again, to me there should only be 8 teams that make the playoffs), it's setting up for Bene to play Tiffin Columbian, East Tech or Lexington. I guess anything can happen, but any of the three should be running clock.

Adams 24-6Speaking of East Tech, what was the score of their game against John Adams?
Some of our long time posters who took time to analyze the games and provide feedback have passed away to the Lord.Guys, we are 7-2 and heading to the playoffs! Why is everyone so quiet? Are there threads I'm not seeing?
I will say too, the few games I have attended, I have been impressed with the variety of the offense. It would be easy to hand the ball to Chris Maloney every play, and he is a stellar RB.Some of our long time posters who took time to analyze the games and provide feedback have passed away to the Lord.
I've been trying to keep up with the season and I'm excited for the post-season, but work and other obligations have kept me away.
If the Bengals keep connecting on all cylinders, I am thinking a Week 14 appearance is reasonable. Play a stellar game against TCC and we are in the state semifinals.
I believe the St.V Irish needed the extra hour to prepare for the BengalsWhat's with the 8PM game time?

This is current schedule from Ohio Scheduler. The only week open is the traditional week for St Edward-St.Ignatius, so not sure where St. Ignatius fits in in 2025.

Not sure you took Walsh off the schedule. I would assume its because of the new conference Walsh is in next year. I would of liked to continue playing Benedictine as well.Disappointed we took Walsh off the schedule. We played them tough and I feel those types of games help build a program. Adding Gilmour, Lutheran West and keeping Brush is terrible. I've heard we added Iggy, who everyone knows is down. Lake Catholic is graduating a TON of kids, too.
It's like we are ducking competition, which isn't something I've seen us do in the past. The positive is I see another 8-2 or 9-1 season. But this won't prepare the boys for the postseason.
To be the best, you have to beat the best. Or at least play them.
That Catholic conference doesn't start until 2026, so maybe it was because we couldn't schedule a back to back. I just enjoyed the rivalry and they were 90% of the time great games! Not sure you took Walsh off the schedule. I would assume its because of the new conference Walsh is in next year. Not sure what I was thinking. I knew it was 2026. Anyway, you may be right. I liked the rivalry/games as well. Lets see if this new conference even survives. That Catholic conference doesn't start until 2026, so maybe it was because we couldn't schedule a back to back. And when exactly did he do that?I would sit Maloney, the whole game, against Defiance for the way his action on the 47 yard TD run. His Personal Foul and then he flips off the ref. Not a M.O.B.
