What a glorious Sunday to be a Tiger!
Thursday is ancient history. Stop living in the past. Typical Massillon. What a glorious Sunday to be a Tiger!
Forget the OOS games. Few care.So there's 6 open spots on the 2024 schedule. Who are we thinking fills them? I'm hoping for Glenville, Ignatius, Perrysburg (revenge for 2014), Louisville Male/Mayfield, KY/Highlands, KY/Mt Carmel, PA, and Bishop Gorman or Valdosta 2.0.
What that boiled down to was good fortune. Also, if you haven't looked on Twitter and TikTok yet, there are probably 30 different angles of the 4th down stop in the end zone. It gets better every time I see it. A nearly perfect, cathartic ending to a 53 year drought.
Forget the OOS games. Few care.
No doubt -- but that was a one-off. Few would be that jazzed about Gorman, Mater Dei, etc. That Valdosta game was incredible. I'd put it somewhere between the atmosphere of a recent McK game and a late playoff game--hands down the best opener I've ever been to.
BG is aiming pretty high IMO. I’d rather get St Joes prepValdosta or Bishop Gorman are entirely different from Sun Valley or Team Canada.

BG was on the original 2020 schedule, right?BG is aiming pretty high IMO. I’d rather get St Joes prep
I would too. But I don't know I'd like to have to (maybe) see Avon twice.I have a feeling Glenville will be on there. Would love to get Avon.
That would be unlikely I think. OOS opener, Glenoak, Avon, random, Glenville, random, Fitch, random, Warren, Mck.I would too. But I don't know I'd like to have to (maybe) see Avon twice.
Right we just got luckyWhat that boiled down to was good fortune.
As I saw it, the throw was low and as he went down to pull it in it bounced of his right knee. If he'd had his left leg forward, we might all be drowning our sorrows instead of pounding victory beers.
Get used to it, the OOS teams will be on the schedule, especially after what happened Thursday night. No doubt -- but that was a one-off. Few would be that jazzed about Gorman, Mater Dei, etc.
Sorry, man. Pringle had good coverage, but it's not clear that he affected the catch at all.Right we just got luckyit didn’t matter that Pringle was there and made him drop the ball.

Maybe get Dematha to come overGet used to it, the OOS teams will be on the schedule, especially after what happened Thursday night.
Agree ! Plus we aren’t going to pay for a team to come from that far away, Moore has said if Valdosta wasn’t part of that classic or whatever it was that we wouldn’t have been playing them.BG is aiming pretty high IMO. I’d rather get St Joes prep
It’s not ??? Get that vision checked.Sorry, man. Pringle had good coverage, but it's not clear that he affected the catch at all.
Show us a picture that proves Pringle prevented the catch. It’s not ??? Get that vision checked.
Have a nice day, I am tired of your negative bs and will continue to call you on your garbage. You did it during the season and through the playoffs and are still doing it. You aren’t a Tiger !Show us a picture that proves Pringle prevented the catch.
That's what great about the no-catch or drop or stop or whatever you want to call it. It's like the Mona Lisa. It's different from every angle. Hell, it's even different every time I see it from the same angle. A singular play in Tiger history, The Mona Pringle.Show us a picture that proves Pringle prevented the catch.
You lack both the authority and the manhood to make that call. You aren’t a Tiger !
Didn't deny where Pringle prevented the catch -- but post a picture that shows he did.Instead of posting on every thread on this site go to X and you will see at least 4 different angles of the last play but of course you won’t give any credit to Pringle.![]()
From a Hoban grad and fan congratulations to Massillon . You deserved and earned the championship. I don't get into if this and stats and turnovers, penalties, injuries etc. Those things sometimes go in your favor and sometimes they don't. One of the things I don't like is six weeks of playoffs. The 1st 2 weeks are all blowouts because you have teams with 2 wins in the playoffs. The regular season should mean something and teams should have to earn there way in. 4 weeks is enough. Take the top 4 teams in each reason. This way also you don't have to start the season in the middle of August and run it into December. College football is going to be just as bad starting next year. You are going to get a 12 seed Florida Atlantic playing Georgia in the 1st round and it's going to be 52 to 0 half way through the 3rd quarter. That's what great about the no-catch or drop or stop or whatever you want to call it. It's like the Mona Lisa. It's different from every angle. Hell, it's even different every time I see it from the same angle. A singular play in Tiger history, The Mona Pringle.
I know for a fact you aren’t a Tiger !You lack both the authority and the manhood to make that call.
Didn't deny where Pringle prevented the catch -- but post a picture that shows he did.
Here's one that seems to indicate that he didn't come within feet of touching the ball. Or do you want to suggest that his outstretched hand grazing the receiver's hip broke up the pass?

What’s next ? Are you going to say it was PI ? Or wait let me guess you will say we really didn’t win the game at all. Fake Tiger !You lack both the authority and the manhood to make that call.

So your call is pass interference that the refs missed?Nobody ever said he touched the ball but if you don’t think by him putting his hands on him that it didn’t cause anything to happen then you really don’t have a clue about what you are talking about.
Showing what you know again…. You are allowed to hit a guy at the same time the ball hits his hands. So your call is pass interference that the refs missed?
Most visual evidence shows that either a) it bounced of his knee, or b) he just bodged it. Or a combination of the two. No one is slagging Pringle here. It was good coverage. It wasn't the easiest catch in the world. It was also a pretty good throw that just didn't get caught. There doesn't have to be blame or credit.
Massillon won. Is that not enough?
You want a different picture that shows contact before the ball got there?Showing what you know again…. You are allowed to hit a guy at the same time the ball hits his hands.
Actually you have been by not giving him any credit at all, saying it was “good fortune” and that it was all because of how the Hoban Wr had his legs.No one is slagging Pringle here.
Massillon won. Is that not enough?
As I said just a negative pos. Its funny how you post on this site like you are some big Tiger fan when in fact you are not a Tiger at all. Don’t tell me to relax Have a nice day.You want a different picture that shows contact before the ball got there?
Why are you wound so tight? Relex, dude. It will be OK.
