I will edit in my horror views here with my rating scale on how I liked it.....

6 = Great
5 = pretty Good
4 = OK/Good

It's still September. Once we reach October the Government will have shut down and the interwebs will no longer function. Neither will Obamaphones you leeching lazy bastards.

Gravity
8/8

A spectacular audio-visual experience that is a must see for any movie fan. Not since 2001 has a movie so thoroughly immersed an audience in space. The fact this movie can show us the infinite while inspiring a severe sense of claustrophobia is a major achievement. “Gravity” won’t win the Oscar – it’s too unconventional – but it sure as heck will get a nomination for Best Picture.

BTW, make sure you see this in Real 3D it adds to the experience immeasurably!

Any hobbits up there in space w/ Clooney + Bullock?

No but the coming attractions for the “Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” were spectacular and it looks like another BILLION plus in box office this Holiday Season!

I still haven't seen the Hobbit but I did hear some of my friends raving about the trailer for the next one

The first part was relatively mediocre. The second part looks like it'll be way better. Regardless, splitting that book into three parts is a little silly.
