Musicians with Ohio connections

1. This thread is 6 months old, and for some reason today is the first time I've ever checked in. Thanks to all who have contributed. I am amazed by the number of quality musicians who have called Ohio home at some points in their careers; way too many that I was unaware of previously.

2. Surprised that nobody has brought up Youngstown's finest: Left End

Scott Shriner, the third bassist for Weezer who joined in 2001, graduated from Toledo's Start High School.

He'll be back in the neighborhood to play a benefit gig for the Toledo School for the Arts soon in tribute to fellow Toledo music legend, EJ Wells, as part of the 80s' Loved by Millions.
