I think definitively there has not been. I mean 14 titles in 24 seasons is just crazy. Throw in a couple Runners up in there as well it just gets absurd.

The only recent dynasty argument would be St. Ed’s. They dominate Ohio football at the highest division and play a nationally ranked schedule.
I give Marion the nod because they are public, dominate with Marion kids and most will say “they do it the right way.” Unlike privates.

Who knows my guess is yes if those schools let him run his program without interference from parents.

Would Chuck Kyle succeed at those places? Tiger LaVerde? Chip Otten? Tim Tyrell? I mean you could plug any of the great current coaches and ask the same question. Goodwin is, in my opinion, the best HS coach in Ohio ever with using what he has (not being at a huge 1000+ enrollment school where you have hundreds of boys that could go out) and implementing a system that maximizes what he inherits every year.
