Will we ever see an MLB Player/Manager again?

The last player/manager was Pete Rose with the Reds in 1986. Do you think we will ever see another player/manager in MLB?
 
 
I dont think we will see someone intentionally hired as a player/manager, like Pete or Frank. I can see something gimmicky like a legend in his final game(s) being a manager for a day, or a young manager being activated for a series after illness/injuries. I think Tree Rollins in the NBA was pressed for duty when he was an assistant coach.
