On MaxPreps they are ranked according to D2, but I thought they had petitioned and were accepted to play in the D1 tournament? Maxprep will need some adjusting I'd presume.

Max prep is a very bad source of information. You are correct Walsh Jesuit was one of very few teams that requested D1 (and was accepted) to move up to D1.
