Those guys are saying that they're not very good, yet Drew have them ranked 11th in all of DIV and he also have them with toughest schedule in DIV.
 
As an Irish fan I hope that every year that our "extension school" (after all we are nearly 50 years older) does well --- 9-1! Go Mooney (except on Oct. 25). As for those convinced that the Irish will romp over our arch-rival keep in mind that Mooney kept it way too close for comfort in two of the last four contests. Ursuline was supposed to have a easy go in those contests. On any given night....
 
Well, that may be true but this Mooney vs Boardman game is hard to watch. The battle of MIDway has begun. There were a lot of boardman kids at the game last night talking a lot of smack. It's easy to poke a bear that you won't even schedule.

They can talk all they want, Ursuline would beat them by 50 and they know it.
 
They should just merge their program with ours. Keep their school open but have their boys play for us. Kinda like east and Chaney before Chaney got their program back.

Defense has been totally dominant. The Walsh game isn't looking so bad now either. Big test coming up this week, but I'm feeling really good about this team.

Youngstown Irish were up over the Akron Irish 30-0 at the end of the 1st quarter.
 
Svsm has fallen off a cliff, they can still pump their chest about hoops tho.

Ursuline doing exactly what they need to do pushing through the season. I think they make a big R9 statement this week

I remember when Mooney was disciplined like a military unit under the legendary Bucci. Probably right up there with Faust at Moeller. These were "yes, sir/no, sir" young men who impressed the hell out of the refs as well as the people in the stands.

OMG can it get any worse over on Erie Street? Do the ducks have the guns? There is no humor in this situation. As a parochial school backer, I am embarrassed for the school. It is time for the powers to step in and clean up this mess. I know "it can happen anywhere", this is true. BUT, COME ON, MAN.
