University of Florida Fires All DIE Employees

Do we think the DEI will be over as fast as the massively pervasive and destructive CRT was? According to Yappi, it was so embedded that it took all of 6 months to kill it off.

How much of the Biden economic "recovery" has been other jobs that are worthless and produce nothing?
You don't see great value, especially in creeping Mom & Pop one-off retailers that don't obey like corporate retailers, with a roving federal snitch squad made up of ignorant crusader Democrats in their late teens and twenties that are too stupid or lazy to be hired in a good job?!?!

Why, that's just crazy talk, Mr!!

70% is my guess.

And the other 30% are part time. That does not count the jobs that came back from covid and were not jobs Biden produced and he has taken credit for.

The sooner the better. Suggesting that because it was easy to kill of, that it wasn't a problem is just dumb.
One would think that something so embedded across a decentralized ecosystem would take longer than 6 months to eradicate.

Truthfully most of the jobs the Biden administration brought on board were govt jobs.
Most of the only ones that really pay. True story.

Let's try to make sure that half of them become as temporary as construction jobs. All Republicans. Cut, cut, cut.... ;)

I've seen that same stat, government and jobs for "newcomers."

Private sector jobs for American citizens has still not recovered from Covid.

"Build Back Better!"

Most of the time it is just repackaged. DEI became popular when CRT was outed.

The intersection of CRT and DIE is the idea that disparate outcomes for different groups is the result of privileged power structures. DIE is the attempt to implement that idea into systems like education in order to achieve greater "equity" in outcomes.

The entire premise is false and silly - and it is very harmful because it is a fake worldview of oppressors and the oppressed where the remedies destroy merit and innate characteristics of achievement in an effort to contrive more even outcomes.

Equity is a purely Marxist concept and should not be entertained anywhere that values freedom. Diversity and inclusion are viable concepts, but not in the context of viewing the world through a lens of oppressors vs. the oppressed in a system of privileged power structures.

Interestingly enough, the good old American concept of equality is the way to realistically address disparate outcomes. Equality recognizes that sameness of outcome can never be achieved, but seeks to create equality of opportunity so that anyone with ability, regardless of what identity group they belong to, has access to fulfill the potential of their ability. DIE is toxic to that premise and should be rejected in totality and vigorously because it is anti-American, anti-merit, and anti-freedom.
