I received a text this morning directing me to their website so I could avoid $150 in fees on my "$7 unpaid toll".

Text originated from 438-229-4306, identifying themselves OHIO TURNPIKE TOLLS SERVICES.

I received a similar email roughly 2 weeks ago about an unpaid $12.50 toll in PA that I supposedly owed. I deleted the email and have not received anything like that since.

Well yea, you owe almost twice as what I do. Not surprised they came for you and your type before me.

I admit I have not driven on the Pa. pike east of I-79 in a long time but the last time I did that road was so freaking bad they should have paid me to use it!

We got a letter for one in Louisville like 7 months after the fact.

I've gotten a few emails lately. It is always easy to see the fraud when looking at the senders email address.

Be careful with looking at sender address. They can spoof email addresses to make it appear different than it actually is

The spam filter on my email does a good job. A couple get through. What is annoying is I have to check my junk folder regularly for legitimate emails going there
