Top Teams in the PD coverage area

 
suprising that tallmadge as a team gets mentioned but no individuals are. i think that shows that we're really a TEAM this year and no one person carries the team.
 
Tallmadge and the Lady Indians are going to be at the top of the Sl this year...Expect a great game when the two meet!

Ok, whatever you say, but if they aren't good and they played even with Tallmadge, what does that make Tallmadge? ;)

Seriously, this year Green, Tallmadge and Copley are all pretty even and because of Tallmadge's experience they'll win out probably. I think the champ will have one loss no matter who wins.
 
i'm just saying, regardless of sport, you always say green is a top competitor. tallmadge should win the league outright. it's so annoying how people take away from tallmadge's spotlight by saying green and copley are good too. for once just admit that tallmadge is the best team in the league.

I do not believe that Green is tops in all sports. Being called overly loyal by you is hilarious. Loyalty is a good thing, but don't call out someone on it when you are pretty loyal yourself. I have said that Green is at or near the top in the sports that they are. Last year in basketball we were. This year in volleyball we are (we played Tallmadge to 15-13 in the final game.. how much closer can that get?) ... you obviously haven't seen enough SL volleyball if you won't give ANY credit to Green or Copley. You were at the match the other night. That alone should prove to you that Tallmadge isn't alone at the top. Also, I did say that Tallmadge will end up winning the league. I don't see a problem in my opinion, but you believe what you want to. It's all good.
 
am i overly-loyal or is tallmadge overly-good? in the sports we're pretty crappy at, i am the first to admit it (football). but in the sports that we should win the sl blindfolded in, i also admit it. but then there's you who's all "don't rule green out!" and not until tallmadge beat green did you say we'd win the league.
 
Ok, SaD. You win. All I ever do on here is pimp Green :rolleyes: (that's hardly true). The only times I have is when Green is competitively at the top of the league. Let's see this year already in volleyball they took Tallmadge to 15-13 in the third game... that's competitive. Last year in basketball I said Green had a good shot at beating Tallmadge... they took them to OT. Green hasn't gotten over the hump to beat them and that's too bad, but they're still right there. That is all I've said. Also, I never said your being "overly loyal" was bad. It's admirable. All students should be that loyal to their teams. I just think you're going a bit far considering how obsessive some people are on these forums with their teams in claiming that I'm one of them. Especially after I don't remember ever saying anything bad about Tallmadge other than that I thought they'd be down this year compared to last (which is true... it doesn't make them bad they just aren't as good imho). I'm done arguing this point. Tallmadge is the best. Go Tallmadge :rolleyes:
 
Overly-loyal is in reference to other sports more than volleyball. Go back and read people's responses on the girls basketball forum for instance. Maybe they'll prove you right this year, but most people don't think so. It's all good SaD. Tallmadge is in the driver's seat in the SL right now, especially if they beat Copley when they meet up. well mcgal, will you be going to any other tallmadge (preferably home) games?
and if you knew the talent the girl's basketball team had, you'd be right there with me. being a member of that team for so long and knowing how good we are really hurts when we almost fail to produce a .500 record.
 
Don't know if I'll be going to more volleyball matches... find out when they play copley and let me know if you would...

as for the basketball team, they have a lot of talent no doubt, but until they beat copley and wadsworth this year, they won't get the respect they might deserve or whatever..

yes mcgal, tallmadge lost the second match at cloverleaf. everyone is entitled to a fluke here and there.

Wow... I didn't think they had. Oh well, Tallmadge showed what the real deal was at Tallmadge recently.
