I have Ross winning the Big side, and Oakwood winning the little.

Who do those teams have coming back this year?
Ross is returning the Player of year as a Junior Ben Voegele, Plus Mcfarland, that side is also very down, I wouldn’t be suprised if the smaller side was better than the Big this year. Oakwood Brings Back Francis, Usechak, Devine and Hoerstring who were all solid as well.
Carlisle graduated some key pieces but brings back some good starters too. Coach Hawkins will have them ready to go.
Madison brings back quite a few starters but didn’t see a lot of success last year. Second year coach.
Valley View also returns several starting players, but has a new coach this year.
Waynesville has Freese and Bulach back as pretty solid key pieces.
Anyone heard anything about Eaton or Brookville?

Brookville brings back Willoughby, Co-Pitcher of the year last year, he was solid but besides that they lost a lot. Eaton Lost a lot of pitching and really returns a good contact guy in Davis as well as Winnings?
I could see Madison Surprising some people. Didn’t lose much.
I know Franklin Scrimmages Reading Thursday and Sidney Saturday, not too sure who else though.

War drums beating in the Indian camp already.Varsity coach continues nepotism.Parents grumbling already in the stand about his nephew playing varsity when there are several boys more talented remaining on the jv team.He is guilty of it in football too and he always has been when it comes to family and friends.Everyone knows and talks about it during every season.There is no where for favoritism when it comes to varsity teams.Other kids work just as hard if not harder fighting for a position but are overlooked because of family members.It is time to revamp the school board and put those in place that are there for all kids not just their friends kids.We need to get rid of all coaches that have family on teams in order to make it fair for all boys and girls.Biased coaches can cause some players to be overlooked for scholarships because of their unfairness.People say it happens everywhere.That is because parents let it.It is time we take a stand and demand fairness in sports in Carlisle.Me and wife hear talk in the stands how parents do not like the coaches but turn around and act cordial to them to their faces scared of backlash to their child.Does the parent of said child really think bias is going to help her child in life?No it will not.He will expect privilege in other areas of life and not know how to handle when he does not get it.Should he or you be proud of a 4 year varsity letter that he did not actually earn?I only hope that this coach feels the sadness and powerlessness we feel as parents when it comes to his own child someday.Maybe then you will realize how you caused players to feel defeated and lose confidence because of your selfishness.Parents of Carlisle stand up for your children and lets make changes.

Carlisle has won at least a share of the division every year since covid bc Hawk is playing the wrong players............
I can only imagine how good they would be if he let BigDaddy make the lineup card.

I can guess by your immature picture that you are probably a young kid with no children of his own yet or maybe a old drunk washed up jock trying to still live in his glory days and you have nothing better to do then sit on yappi and throw out stats to every comment.There is a great life outside of baseball.Try putting down the computer and pay attention to your wife and kids dude.If you were a father or even a decent human you would know that unfairness has no position in any school sport.A coach can make or break a child by using bias in coaching.A coach should teach a child more than how to be an athlete.He should be teaching how to be a good human too but that seems to never happen in Carlisle.I hope he learns this through his own child experiencing this feeling of defeat some day the way mine does right now

The kids have no idea who Crash Davis is and not much of a drinker. I will go with the Hall of Fame coach over the keyboard dad that says learning how to be a good human doesn't happen in Carlisle yet made the choice to live in that community. What does that say about you for making the choice to bring your kid up in that environment????
Yea I guess having facts about the topic is never a great thing for an emotional argument.........

Looks like most of you start tomorrow and Carlisle gets the rematch from the District final last year.
I would def rather play it in fort walton over newton lol
Looks like a meeting between disgruntled parent(s) and coach are going to have to be resolved at the DQ in Carlisle. If my memory serves me correctly, these meetings also occurred in football and basketball. Trouble in paradise! Lol
