9/17 Aurora (4-0) @ Cuyahoga Falls (1-3)-Aurora by allot.
9/17 Kent Roosevelt (1-3) @ Copley (1-3)-Copley wins not because good-Kent is terrible.

Highland fails to convert on fourth down, Barberton marches down the field and scores TD. Unless something crazy happens Barberton will win 7 seconds left

Barberton Highland game was one of the better games I have seen in many years.

Aurora still has to play 4-1 Tallmadge, 4-1 Barberton and 4-1 Highland. All of these games are on the road. Time to see how the Greenmen measure up.

Since Coach Gotto turned Barberton around, I think this years team is my favorite. There are no electrifying players like Brandon McCall, Kobie Booker, Zane Ries, Keye Thompson, Garrett Turnbaugh, Kyrie Young or Ryan Watkins. Just a bunch of tough, hard nosed gritty kids.
Last season there were only four seniors on the team. This years senior class went through that 2020 schedule against Brecksville(twice), Toledo St. John, Stow, Hudson, Nordonia, Wadsworth and Highland and already played Stow and St. V this season.
Not a flashy senior class, but tough, talented and battle tested.
