State Meet - Breaking Ties in Team Scores?

Not that this matters at all but I'm just curious. How is MS breaking ties in team scores?

Specific example is Girls D2. There are 4 teams with 13 points. 2 of them are listed as tied for 17th, another is listed 18th, and another is listed 19th.

17 Bellefontaine 13
17 Port Clinton 13
18 Athens 13
19 Brookside 13

Bellefontaine 4x1 7th, 300h 3rd, Disc 6th, LJ 7th (2 + 6 + 3 + 2 = 13)
Port Clinton 4x2 7th, 4x1 1st, Disc 8th (2 + 10 + 1 = 13)
Athens 4x8 6th, 3200 1st (3 + 10 = 13)
Brookside 300h 1st, SP 6th (10 + 3 = 13)

I don't believe there is a rule for breaking ties AT ALL but I was curious if the software was ranking them by most events scored in, but this does not seem to be the case or Athens & Brookside would be the 2 teams tied.

That raw file is incorrect - they all tied for 17th

Interesting discussion. In the multi-events, if there is a tie for the most amount of points scored, I believe the tie-breaker depends on who has the greater number of individual event wins, and they're still tied after that, I think the next tie-breaker is the person with the most individual points scored in a single event period, regardless of the particular event.
