Southwest Ohio Boys State Cross Country Champions

What happened to the Middletown boys? I thought Middletown was in the SWOTCCA.
Originally, the coaches had three criterium to be considered for inclusion.
1. Must be in a league of mostly Cincinnati schools
2. Must compete in a Cincinnati district meet.
3. Must be with 30 miles of downtown Cincinnati.
Middletwon only met #1 with their membership in the GMC.
Year later, it made simpler when #1 and #3 were dropped.
Therefore since Middletown doesn't compete in VOA, they can't be considered for inclusjion in cross country.

Talawanda, Edgewood, and Monroe must be confusing to keep track of records. They switch back and forth every couple of years and sometimes they are Southwest Cincinnati District for XC and then Southwest Dayton District for the track season.

District records simply reflect ALL who compete in a district meet, whether it be for one year, or all years. Same goes for those whose teams change division levels one year to the next.
