NFL "Moneyball"

I think the Jaguars, Vikings, Rams, Cardinals, and Seahawks are all proof of this...Browns fans don't listen to anyone though :/

No way the Browns take Richardson. Pretty much no chance he gets taken in the top 5.

Most of the mocks I've seen him fall to the 11-17 range. Have heard the Bengals have major wood for him. If he falls past 15 I wouldn't be opposed to the Browns trading back up for him but top 5 is a major reach.

I wouldn't mind the Bengals picking him up because a great rb would help Dalton so much and make the team that much better, but the only teams that should take him are teams that are in a huge need of a solid rb. Most teams have a hole at a certain position. The Bengals don't have many glaring weaknesses, just a lack of talent.

Really, the defensive secondary seems like a glaring weakness to me. They got lit up by TJ Yates twice.

Passing the ball and rushing the passer seem to be the way the NFL is going these days. Stopping the run doesn't seem to be as big a priority as it has been in the past.

I think CB's are overrated. It is all about your front 7 and getting good pressure. I think safety may be a more important position than cb

I'm never drafting CBs high. Not ever. If your front seven is good and you have solid safeties, your defense is set.

Patrick Peterson. Champ Bailey. Charles Woodson. Joe Hayden. Leon Hall. Jonathan Joseph.
I'm not saying that any cornerback that gets drafted in the first round is a star, but it can definitely pay off, and there are no good safeties this year for the Bengals to draft in the first round.

I don't think hall is that good either. He has a lot of blown coverages.

Ovc mark Barron from Alabama is projected to be around when the bengals pick. He is pretty solid, I wouldn't mind seeing him get drafted.

He's one of the better CBs in the league. With JJ, the Bengals had two of the best and that made up for the inadequacies at safety.

Wouldn't mind him or Janoris Jenkins, but if Richardson is still on the board, that pick wouldn't bug me too much if they got a solid db in free agency.

There are so many possibilities I dont know I will be dissappointed in who they pick from what has been thrown around here. I really am excited for draft day
