Final Comments:
We graduated 9 players last year with 7 of the 9 seeing significant playing time. Over the last two seasons we have graduated a total of 19 players. This years team is young but still has plenty of softball experience. Our season outlook will depend on how quickly we can take that softball experience and mold into a team. We be challenged early with our first two games of the season being with the returning conference champions, Ashland Arrows. The conference is strong with the likes of Mansfield Madison, Lexington, Ashland, and the new addition of New Philadelphia. With our non conference schedule including Ballard KY (nationally ranked), Ft Walton FL, Marysville, Gahanna, Westerville Central, and Heath this years team should get tested.
