There are a few top pitchers around the state that haven't pitched much lately or at all this season. The teams that seem to be missing a pitcher that I've seen are:

Dover
South Range
Buckeye

Hope everything is OK with these pitchers. They were all fun to watch.

The long-anticipated start for last season's Gazette MVP was a mixed bag, as she went 1 2/3 innings, giving up one run on one hit while striking out five and walking two. She had been on the sideline with a forearm injury and threw 42 pitches, 19 for strikes.

On Saturday, the South Range pitcher from last year played 1st base. Heard from a fan of the team that she hasn't pitched much this season but is not hurt.
