and you'd be with a group of guys and everyone could tell whose Gramps/Dad it was? Same in my day but I just got called by my Ma. We lived on the second floor and the voice would carry pretty good up there. And the difference between "East!" and "East Is Best!" One of those made you consider going the other way but knowing better.
