I'd love to know what happened with the SR team because they were TERRIBLE to start the year. Maybe a combination of having key guys on the football team + not great coaching situation? Whatever it is, what an improbable turnaround.

I can see that having two of your starters being 'otherwise occupied' playing football in Canton will have an affect. But it seems that in this case, the buy in factor on the part of the players played a huge roll as well. Good for the guys that they were able to right the ship.
 
Ursuline lost to SPIRE last night, 70-67, the Irish now 19-2. They were supposed to play Grand River Academy. Anyone know anything about SPIRE? What happened to Grand River?

Sounds like JFK led most of the way and collapsed in the 4th. Dalton is a pretty good team though.
Badger had a very good season and I think they'll represent the area well in the future. Young team. Getting to a district final was not only a great achievement but great experience for them going forward.
