Remember, this is qualifying for the state final weekend. Only those with at least one weekly win get to compete in the final round. Each 'weekly win' gives you one free pass in the finals.
The way the finals will work is you pick all 7 games chronologically. You pick the winner and score. If you pick the wrong winner, you can use a free pass to advance to the next game. Whoever has the closest pick for each game earns another freebie to use later in the weekend. If more than one player is alive after all seven games, the one with the most 'free passes' remaining is the champion. If there's a tie, then it's a tie and there's co-champions. If no one is alive after the 7th game, then we keep going back one game to see who was last alive.
*-If you pick A by 10 and B wins by 1, you're 11 points off (this is only for the tie-breaker if it happens).
And remember, every game in the finals, someone 'wins' and earns a free pass as long as ONE player gets the right team.
