Fort Recovery should be a highly sought after position, being in a prestigious conference with the potential to turn around a program and make some noise. Doing this would look very good on a resume.

Except for the fact you could develop into the 8th best DIV 6/7 team in all of Ohio and still go 3-7 every year. Not great for the Resume.

4-6 or 5-5 gets you in the playoffs. 2 NC wins and if youre able to improve, a few wins in the league. Then you can make some noise. Get kids interested again. Never know what could happen. Now getting out of the region will require years when ML isnt in your division, but the same goes for every other team in R28/R24 that year.

I agree, there is potential there for the right person. You don't win a state title by accident. With the right person, they can absolutely make contention for top 3-4 in the league and make playoff runs. They do return the league's leading rusher don't they?
