So what if we (US) did destroy the pipeline? It wasn’t being used but it’s destruction perhaps sends the message to Putin & Europe that ‘there’s no going back to Russian gas’…..as long as Putin remains in charge. I do not believe we (US) destroyed it but if so, again so what?
As for destroying the semi conductor facilities in Taiwan if it were to fall to China, I think letting everyone know this exactly what we (US) would do is 100% spot on. Destroying those facilities would put a severe dent in chip production for the all, it would hurt the US just as much as it would hurt China. However it’s another deterrent for convincing China not to invade Taiwan.

Ron DeSantis – who served in Iraq and saw the failure firsthand – has rejected the Beltway consensus. He’s a bit ahead of most of America now, but after another year and a half of this madness he and the American people will be in synch. If he wins the nomination, he will be an anti-war Republican against a pro-war establishment Democrat.

DeSantis is playing his cards correctly. Don't engage Trump, but parallel Trump’s Maga policy. I wish the two could come together. Trump could be an adviser. Ukraine is part of the Swamp. Putin knew this when he invaded.

Don’t be so dramatic. I never said anything about declaring war vs Russia but I never would stand by and let Russian/Putin do a land grab. Putin thought the US/NATO would just stand by & do nothing…..isn’t working out so well for him is it? Do ya think he would like a do over? Do you think the Chinese are taking note?
Sometimes one’s enemies enemy is your partner - Ukraine has been exactly that and their will to fight for their freedom/democracy should be an inspiration to Americans.
Again, I don’t think we (US) destroyed the pipeline but if we did - so what? As Bobby Axelrod in the tv series Billion’s once said, “If you have F you money, sometimes you’ve gotta say F you.” Well maybe we (US) destroys the pipeline just because we could. If so, fine by me.
