The potential case in this will be interesting. Even if the contract stated that after 90 days the laptop is considered abandoned, that likely just means that the shop owner can claim the hardware but not the data. The fact that he copied the data and passed around the files to anybody that asked, could put him in some serious legal trouble.

Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner were together. Huma was Hillary's top assistant/lover. Hillary sent classified documents to Huma's email because poor Hillary claimed she couldn't print them and she wanted her buddy Huma to do it. Turns out Pervert Weiner had access to the same laptop and voila, there they were. He served no jail time for viewing nor possessing classified information, although he did serve time for being a pervert.

So you're saying that the Secret Service guarding Mar A Lago were ushering Chinese spies in to see these documents?

I'm sure it was a less secure situation than Joe's Garage behind the Corvette in a box?

I give Joe credit, though, he paved the way to a successful career for his "brilliant" son. Showed him how the sausage is made.

Wrong. You people lie and distort almost everything. There were something like 3 emails that mentioned or referred to classified information. Stuff like a meeting or an event. There were no classified documents. You totally made that up. This is similar but much less egregious that when Trump revealed classified information to a Russian diplomat during a meeting. He did not hand him a document, he spoke about classified details.

I think Joes garage was every bit as secure as Mar A Lago. That place is a free for all down there. The moles who tipped off the FBI on where these things were are evidence of that by itself.

Mac Isaac has said in a memoir and media interviews that he received the laptop at his store from Hunter Biden in 2019.

It's a criminal violation, sweetie. He can only take civil actions. He also has not sued anybody, yet. He sent letters seeking investigation into criminal violations and cease and desist orders to those he thinks are defaming him. He is not going after the shop owner, personally. He is doing it through the legal system. What a fraud you are.
