I have never heard of a crime committed on a hard drive. As I have said from the beginning, whatever business dealings Biden has had are likely nothing compared to what we already know of Trump's dealings.

No. A hard drive has never been a victim of a crime. That is the like saying a crime was committed on a file cabinet. Further, nothing illegal can happen on a hard drive any more than it can be committed in said file cabinet. Both of those things are just a place where evidence of something may reside.
